SEVEN LAYER MAGIC COOKIE BARS
Chips of chocolate and butterscotch are a doubly delicious addition to these lovely layered cookie bars.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (325 degrees F for glass baking pan). In small bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and butter; mix well. Press crumb mixture firmly on bottom of 13x9-inch baking pan.
- Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over crumb mixture. Layer evenly with remaining ingredients; press down firmly with fork.
- Bake 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool. Chill if desired. Cut into bars or diamonds. Store covered at room temperature.

SEVEN LAYER MAGIC BARS
A buttery graham cracker crust is topped layers of chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, coconut, chopped nuts, and then finished off with a blanket of sweetened condensed milk. These will not last long!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9x13 inch baking pan with cooking spray and set aside.
- Melt butter in a small saucepan. Remove from heat and stir in graham cracker crumbs until throughly combined. Press into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking pan to form the crust.
- Evenly sprinkle remaining ingredients one by one over the crust to form layers, beginning with the chocolate chips, followed by the butterscotch chips, coconut, and walnuts. Pour the condensed milk evenly over the top, and spread with a rubber spatula to make sure it's evenly distributed.
- Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until edges are golden brown and the middle is set.
- Allow to cool completely before slicing. Enjoy!

BUTTERSCOTCH SQUARES
This is an old Mennonite recipe. Hails from Iowa! These sound really good. I love all things butterscotch! Have not tried these yet. But I will! Picture is not mine. Enjoy!

Steps:
- 1. Melt butter and blend with sugar. Add egg and beat vigorously. Sift flour. Add baking powder and salt. Sift flour again. Add dry ingredients to egg and sugar mixture and mix together well. Add chopped nuts and vanilla.
- 2. Spread dough in a greased pan 8 X 8 inches. Bake at 350 d/f for 30 minutes. Cut into bars while warm. Makes 18-20 squares.

- Stir together butter and graham cracker crumbs Press onto bottom of greased and floured 9 inch square pan.
- Sprinkle butterscotch chips, and coconut over top. Pour condensed milk evenly over top. Sprinkle with nuts.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool, cut into squares.
- Store, covered, in refrigerator.
