Number Of Ingredients 8

1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons dried parsley flakes
1 tablespoon dried minced onion
2 teaspoons dill weed
1-1/2 teaspoons seasoned salt
1 teaspoon sugar
Fresh vegetables or potato chips

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, combine the first 7 ingredients. Chill for at least 1 hour. Serve with vegetables or potato chips.

Yield Makes about 2 1/2 cups

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 cup low-fat buttermilk
1 cup creme fraiche or plain whole-milk yogurt
1/2 cup coarsely chopped fresh dill, plus more for garnish
1 1/4 teaspoons coarse salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
Zest of 1/2 lemon
1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
Pinch of cayenne pepper

Steps:

  • Combine buttermilk, creme fraiche, dill, salt, pepper, lemon zest and juice, and cayenne in a medium bowl. Cover, and refrigerate for up to 1 day. Garnish with dill.
