Steps:
- In a large bowl, beat milk and pudding mix for 2 minutes or until thickened. Set aside 1/3 cup crushed candy for topping. Fold whipped topping, bananas and remaining candy into pudding. , Spoon into serving dishes; Chill until serving. Sprinkle with the reserved candy just before serving.

BUTTERFINGER BUTTERSCOTCH PUDDING SHOTS
Steps:
- 1. Pour pudding mix in bowl. Add milk. Beat with mixer a few minutes until smooth.
- 2. Add Schnapps. Mix some more.
- 3. Fold in cool whip.
- 4. Add 3/4 of the Butterfinger crumbles. Stir.
- 5. Pour into 2 oz plastic cups. Top with the rest of the Butterfinger crumbles.
- 6. Refrigerate a few hours to set. Enjoy.

Steps:
- In a mixing bowl, combine milk and pudding mix until thickened and smooth.
- Set aside 1/3 cup crushed candy bars for topping.
- Folf in whipped topping, bananas, and remaining crushed candy bars into pudding.
- Spoon into serving dishes.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Sprinkle with reserved candy bars.
BUTTERFINGER BANANA PUDDING.
Steps:
- 1. Whisk together sweetened condensed milk, milk and cornstarch in a small saucepan. Cook and whisk over medium heat, until mixture comes to a full boil. Turn off heat and whisk in eggs until combined. Strain pudding into a large bowl, whisk in vanilla until combined. Chill bowl over an ice bath or in the refrigerator/freezer until cold. When cold, fold in Cool Whip until combined. Layer wafers, bananas in pudding in a glass bowl. I used all of my pudding and bananas, but had leftover wafers. Top pudding with additional Cool Whip, if desired; sprinkle with Butterfinger. Chill until cold. Makes 8-10 servings
BUTTERFINGER PUDDING
I love this recipe! I've been making it since I was in my 20's: a long time ago! It is so quick, easy, and delicious! Another plus is it requires just a few ingredients and no turning on the oven or stove! Great for summer! Hope you enjoy!

- 1. Tear angel food cake into bite size pieces in bottom of 9 x 13 pan.
- 2. Melt butter. Set aside.
- 3. Separate yolks and save your whites for another use, if desired (whites can be frozen).
- 4. Mix yolks, confectioners sugar & butter .
- 5. Add cool whip and mix well.
- 6. Pour over cake pieces.
- 7. Crush candy bars and sprinkle over top.
- 8. Refrigerate overnight or at least 6 hours.
- 9. Note: use pasteurized eggs since they won't be cooked. That's what most of us buy at the store anyway.
