Steps:
- Place butter and marshmallows in a large microwave-safe bowl. Microwave, uncovered, on high for 1-2 minutes or until melted. Stir in peanut butter until blended. Add the cereal and M&M's. Spoon into a greased 13-in. x 9-in. pan; press down gently. Cool slightly before cutting.

Steps:
- In large microwavable bowl, microwave butter uncovered on High about 45 seconds or until melted. Stir in Parmesan cheese, garlic powder and salt. Add cereal; mix well.
- Microwave uncovered on High 3 to 4 minutes, stirring every minute. Serve warm or cool. Store tightly covered at room temperature.

Steps:
- Melt butter in a heavy frying pan. Add cheerios and sprinkle with salt. Mix well. Stir over medium heat about 5 minutes. Serve like popcorn. Cheerios will be crisp when cool.
