  • Arrange the racks in the upper and lower third of the oven and preheat to 350 degrees F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • Stir together the brownie mix, butter and egg in a large bowl until smooth and combined, then fold in the chocolate chunks.
  • Scoop 24 balls of dough (about 2 tablespoons each) onto the prepared baking sheets. Use the palm of your hand to gently press each ball into a thick disk. 75 g plain flour
135 g brown sugar
150 g sugar
100 g chocolate chips
100g white chocolate chips
50 g walnuts or pecans (optional)
150g melted butter
3 beaten eggs

Steps:

  • Layer the dry ingredients in a one litre jar, following the order above, from top, starting with the baking powder and flour. Press each layer down before adding the next. The amounts given should exactly fill a one litre jar.
  • Give to your friend :) Remember to include a tag with the following instructions

  • Combine the contents of the jar with 150g melted butter and 3 beaten eggs. Mix well, and pour into a lined 9 x 9 inch tin. Bake at Gas 4 / 180 C (160 fan) / 350 F for 25-35 minutes.

1 (20 ounce) package brownie mix (or any box labeled for a 9x13-inch pan)

8 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1/4 cup milk
2 cups miniature marshmallows
10 -12 whole graham crackers (2-1/4 X 5 inches)

Steps:

  • Position the rack in the lower third of the oven.
  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Butter and flour 9x13 inch pan (I like to use cocoa when baking anything chocolate, that way you don't have any white flour on it).
  • Place brownie mix, beaten eggs, melted butter,and milk in a large bowl.
  • Stir with a wooden spoon until smooth.
  • Pour into prepared pan.
  • Bake for 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs attached.
  • Place pan on a wire rack.
  • Maintain oven temperature.
  • The moment the pan is out of the oven sprinkle the mini-marshmallows over the top.
  • Then cover with graham crackers, breaking some as necessary to cover the entire pan.
  • Place pan back in oven and bake for 2 minutes, to melt the marshmallows.
  • Remove pan from oven and gently press the graham crackers down into the melted topping-be careful; it's very HOT.

1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup baking cocoa
1 cup peanut butter chips
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
ADDITIONAL INGREDIENTS:
2 large eggs, room temperature
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Steps:

  • In a 1-qt. glass container, layer the first 9 ingredients in order listed, packing well between each layer. Cover tightly. Store in a cool, dry place up to 6 months. , To prepare brownies: Preheat oven to 350°. In a bowl, combine eggs, butter, vanilla and brownie mix. Spread into a greased 8-in. square baking dish. Bake until set, 25-30 minutes (do not overbake). Cool on a wire rack. Cut into squares.

20 ounces brownie mix (or any brownie mix suitable for a 9x13-inch pan)
4 ounces instant chocolate pudding mix (or 3.9 ounce package)
4 large eggs, at room temperature, lightly beaten
8 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1 cup sour cream (regular, lowfat, or fat-free)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F Butter and flour a 12-cup Bundt pan; set aside.
  • Place brownie mix, pudding mix, beaten eggs, melted butter, and sour cream in a large bowl; stir with a wooden spoon until smooth, then pour into (greased and floured) prepared pan.
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick or cake tester comes out with a few moist crumbs attached. Cool the pan on a wire rack for 30 minutes; then unmold the cake, invert it, and cool completely on a wire rack. Serve immediately, or cover in plastic wrap and store at room temperature. The cake will stay fresh for up to 4 days. It can also be tightly wrapped in wax paper, sealed in plastic wrap, and frozen for up to 2 months; allow the cake to thaw at room temperature before serving.
