1 package fudge brownie mix (8-inch square pan size)
1-1/4 cups cold 2% milk
1 package (3.4 ounces) instant vanilla pudding mix
2-1/2 cups whipped topping
2 cups mixed fresh berries
Chocolate syrup and chopped pecans

Steps:

  • Prepare brownie batter according to package directions; spread onto a greased 12-in. pizza pan. , Bake at 350° until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out almost clean, 18-22 minutes. Cool for 15 minutes on a wire rack. , Meanwhile, in a large bowl, whisk milk and pudding mix for 2 minutes. Let stand until soft-set, about 2 minutes. Fold in whipped topping. 3/4 cup butter, softened
1 cup sugar
1 large egg, room temperature
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 cup baking cocoa
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup milk chocolate M&M's, divided
1/2 cup chopped walnuts, divided
1/4 cup miniature marshmallows
1/4 cup sweetened shredded coconut

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla. Combine the flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt; gradually add to creamed mixture until well blended. Stir in 1/2 cup M&M's and 1/4 cup walnuts., Spread onto a greased 14-in. pizza pan to within 1/2 in. of edges. Sprinkle with remaining M&M's and walnuts. Top with marshmallows and coconut. 1 cup all-purpose flour
1/8 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 cup cold butter
2 tablespoons shortening
3 to 4 tablespoons water
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
2 large eggs, room temperature
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup chopped pecans
TOPPING:
2-1/2 cups fresh or frozen pitted tart cherries or 1 can (15 ounces) tart cherries
1/3 cup sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 tablespoon butter
1/8 teaspoon almond extract
1/8 teaspoon red food coloring
Whipped cream and fresh mint, optional

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine flour and baking powder; cut in butter and shortening until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Gradually add water, tossing with a fork until dough forms a ball. , Roll out into a 14-in. circle. Place on an ungreased 12-in. pizza pan. Flute edges to form a rim; prick bottom of crust. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes. , In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Stir in nuts. Spread over crust. Bake 10 minutes longer. Cool. Drain cherries, reserving 1/3 cup juice. Set cherries and juice aside. , In a large saucepan, combine sugar and cornstarch; stir in reserved juice until smooth. Add cherries. This dessert pizza is so easy to make with brownie mix and a fun twist on brownies everyone will love.

1 18.3 oz. package fudge brownie mix
2 large eggs
¼ cup water
½ cup vegetable oil
1 8 ounce block cream cheese (room temperature)
4 cups powdered sugar
2 Tablespoons milk
1 16 ounce package of strawberries
Dark or milk chocolate candy melts
White candy melts

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 12-inch round pizza pan with nonstick cooking spray (the kind with flour is best).
  • In a large bowl, stir together the brownie mix, oil, and water. Stir in eggs until mixed.
  • Pour batter onto greased pizza pan, and bake for 12-15 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center of the pizza comes out clean.
  • Allow to cool in pan for one hour.
  • While brownie base cooling, prepare the frosting.
  • Beat together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and milk in a stand mixer or with a hand mixer.
  • Spread frosting over the brownie leaving about ½ inch around the edge unfrosted.
  • Hull and slice strawberries. Make sure they're not too wet - pat them dry after washing.
  • Generously top the frosting with evenly placed strawberries.
  • Melt the dark chocolate wafers in microwave for 30 seconds at a time on 50% power until smooth. Drizzle over the top of the entire "pizza".
  • Melt the white candy melts in microwave for 30 seconds at a time on 50% power until smooth. Drizzle over the top of entire "pizza".
  • Allow 15-20 minutes for the melting candy drizzles to harden.
  • Serve immediately straight from the pan or refrigerate for up to 3 hours uncovered before serving.

½ cup unsalted butter
2 (1 ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate
¾ cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs eggs, beaten
1 cup confectioners' sugar
⅓ cup creamy peanut butter
1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
2 tablespoons whole milk, or more as needed
¾ cup candy-coated milk chocolate pieces (such as M&M's®)
½ cup sweetened flaked coconut
½ cup toasted pecans, chopped

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Combine sugar, butter, and chocolate in a saucepan over low heat; stir until melted. Remove and stir in flour until smooth. Add eggs and beat until smooth. Spread batter in a 12-inch pizza pan.
