EASY MONKEY BREAD WITH PECAN AND BROWN SUGAR GLAZE
Using store bought frozen loaves of bread makes it a very easy recipe.

Steps:
- Grease a Bundt pan with Crisco.
- To make the glaze add brown sugar, butter and cream to a small saucepan. Stir continuously. As soon as the glaze comes to a boil, pour it into the Bundt pan so it puddles evenly in the bottom.
- Add 1/2 of the pecan on top of the glaze.
- Cut each loaf in 12 pieces.
- Roll each piece in a ball and then in the butter and then in the sugar mixture.
- Place in Bundt pan. After 1/2 of the dough is used pour the rest of the pecans over the balls.
- Finish filling the pan with the dough. Cover with a light cloth and let it sit for about 30 minutes.
- Bake in a preheated 350F oven for about 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Take a knife and break the rolls away from the pan. Invert the pan on a dish and pour out.
BROWN SUGAR PECAN BREAD
This is a wonderful breakfast bread with a slightly sweet taste. The oat flour adds a nice texture, but if you don't have any, just add more of the wheat flour. From the "Bread Machine Book."

- Add all ingredients except pecans to bread machine, and start machine.
- Use wheat bread cycle for 1-pound loaf.
- Add pecans at the end of the first knead, or when your bread machine"beeps" to add fruit or nuts.
SO MOIST PUMPKIN BREAD W/ BROWN SUGAR-PECAN GLAZE
I have so many recipes for pumpkin bread, but I wanted a really moist one, almost cake like so I came up with this. And this is the only pumpkin bread hubby will eat because as he says, " It's not dry, in fact it tastes more like cake."

- Heat oven to 325. Cut a piece of parchment paper to fit a large loaf pan. Set the paper in the pan and spray w/ cooking spray. The bread comes out much easier.
- In medium bowl whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and spice. In large bowl, mix 1 cup brown sugar, pure pumpkin, eggs, oil and water. Mix well.
- Beat dry ingredients into wet ingredients until just blended. Pour into loaf pan and bake about 1 hr, depending on one's oven. Mine actually took 1 hr and 10 mins. Stick a toothpick in center, if it comes out mostly clean, it's done. While still warm, take a fork and poke small holes all over the bread. In small pan, over med-high heat, whisk butter, brown sugar and milk. Bring to a boil and stirring constantly, cook 1 minute. Pour glaze over bread. Press pecans into top of bread.
