1 package (12 ounces) broccoli coleslaw mix
1 package (3 ounces) dried cranberries
6 green onions, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
1/4 cup coleslaw salad dressing

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine the coleslaw mix, cranberries and onions. Add dressing and toss to coat. Refrigerate until serving.

1/4 cup sliced raw almonds
1 12-oz package store-bought broccoli slaw
1/2 cup dried cranberries
3 Tbs extra-virgin olive oil
3 Tbs rice vinegar
3 Tbs agave nectar (or honey)
3 Tbs Greek yogurt
1 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp kosher salt
1/4 tsp fresh black pepper

Steps:

  • 1. In a small dry nonstick frying pan, toast the almonds over medium heat, shaking the pan frequently, until just starting to brown. Remove from heat and set aside to cool. 2. Add the broccoli slaw and cranberries to a large mixing bowl. 3. Combine remaining ingredients in a large measuring cup or mixing bowl. Whisk together until the dressing is smooth and emulsified. 4. Pour the dressing over the broccoli slaw. Add the cooled almonds, and stir well to combine. Let sit for at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours, stirring occasionally to redistribute the dressing that will settle on the bottom of the bowl. (On warm days, refrigerate until ready to serve.) 5. 1 bunch broccoli (about 1-1/2 pounds)
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1 package (7 ounces) mixed dried fruit
1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
1 package (2-1/4 ounces) slivered almonds, toasted
4 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled

Steps:

  • Cut florets from broccoli, reserving stalks; cut florets into 1-in. pieces. Using a paring knife, remove peel from thick stalks; cut stalks into 1/2-in. pieces., In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. In a large bowl, combine broccoli, dried fruit and onion. Add mayonnaise mixture; toss to coat. Refrigerate until serving., Just before serving, sprinkle with almonds and bacon.

2 heads broccoli
1/2 cup thinly sliced almonds, toasted
1/3 cup dried cranberries
1/2 small red onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup buttermilk, well shaken
1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
3 tablespoons finely chopped shallots
salt
pepper

Steps:

  • Trim broccoli and cut it into small pieces.
  • Toss the sliced broccoli with the almonds, cranberries and red onion in a large bowl.
  • Meanwhile, whisk the dressing ingredients - buttermilk, mayo, vinegar, sugar and shallots ( or use finely chopped red onion in the dressing ).
  • Add good pinch of salt and pepper to dressing and mix well.
  • Pour dressing over the broccoli.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
