- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. In a large bowl toss together cauliflower, onion, oil, crushed red pepper and salt. Spread the mixture in a shallow metal roasting pan. Bake 25 minutes or just until the cauliflower is tender.
- Meanwhile, rinse shrimp; pat dry. In a medium bowl combine shrimp, tomatoes, garlic and lemon zest. Pour shrimp mixture over cauliflower mixture. Bake 15 minutes more or until shrimp are opaque.
- Combine cheese and dill; sprinkle over shrimp mixture. If desired, serve with lemon wedges.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Toss the broccoli with half the olive oil, half the garlic, half the Parmesan, half the basil, and half the red pepper flakes. Lay flat on a baking sheet, covered with foil and sprayed with cooking spray for easier clean up. Place in the oven and cook for 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, toss the shrimp with the remaining oil, garlic, Parmesan, basil, and red pepper flakes. Season with salt and pepper.
- After 10 minutes, remove the pan from the oven and shake. Carefully add the shrimp and return to the oven. Cook for 6-9 minutes until shrimp are cooked through and opaque.
- Squeeze the lemon juice over top and serve.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Put broccoli and cauliflower in separate saucepans and pour enough water into the saucepans to cover the vegetables completely; bring each to a boil and cook until tender, 3 to 4 minutes. Drain each and mix in a 11x7-inch baking dish.
- Beat eggs in a bowl until creamy. Mix mayonnaise, onion, and 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese into the eggs; pour over the vegetables. Pour melted butter over the broccoli mixture and top with the remaining Cheddar cheese. Sprinkle croutons over the entire dish.
- Bake in preheated oven until browned and bubbling, about 40 minutes.

- 1. Fry bacon to a light crisp. It will be baked later for 30 minutes later.
- 2. Cut up broccoli into small pieces (if you didn't buy them that way from the store). I steam the broccoli for 3 minutes and drain.
- 3. If your shrimp is frozen, place in a pan of hot water to thaw. Don't overcook, they will be baked for 1/2 hour later.
- 4. Put the broccoli cheddar soup in a small bowl. Slowly stir in the milk into the steamed broccoli. Add and stir in the salad shrimp.
- 5. Transfer the broccoli mixture to a sprayed 2 or 2.5-quart casserole dish. Put the larger shrimp over the casserole dish evenly. Cut the bacon into small pieces and spread over the casserole dish.
- 6. Sprinkle on the cayenne pepper to your taste. Place in a preheated 350 F oven for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and sprinkle on the cheese over the casserole.

- In a large saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add rice to pan, cover, and simmer over medium-low heat for 5 minutes.
- Add broccoli and cauliflower to pan, cover, and simmer for an additional 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender but crisy, and strain any remaining water out of pan.
- Place rice and vegetables in a greased 13x 9x 2", or a greased 2 -1/2 quart baking dish and set aside.
- Meanwhile in a bowl, combine cheese, sour cream, green chiles, 2 tablespoons butter, salt and pepper. Pour cheese mixture over the rice and vegetables and stir to coat.
- Sprinkle stuffing or bread crumbs evenly over dish and add the other 2 tablespoons butter on top. Bake, uncovered, at 350ºF. until heated through and serve warm.
- NOTE: It may be served immediately, but for a thicker sauce, allow to cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.

- In a saucepan bring water to a boil. Add rice and stir. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- Simmer broccoli and cauliflower florets in water for 10 minutes, or until crunchy. Meanwhile, preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a large saucepan, melt butter and saute onion. Stir cauliflower, broccoli and rice into the saucepan. Once the vegetables and rice are coated, stir in the cheese, chicken soup and milk. Transfer the entire mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish and sprinkle the crackers on top.
- Bake in a preheated 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) oven for 30 minutes.

- Cook Broccoli in microwave until barely tender, drain and set aside.
- In dutch oven saute onion, bell pepper and garlic in butter over medium heat until tender.
- Add shrimp and cook for approximately 5 minutes or until pink.
- Add cheese and soup and heat until melted.
- Add cooked rice and seasonings and mix well.
- Place cooked broccoli in 9x13 pan.
- Spread shrimp mixture on top of broccoli.
- Sprinkle with bread crumbs and parmesean cheese.
- Bake covered at 350 degrees for 20 minutes then uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes or until slightly browned on top.
