BONGO BONGO DIP
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cook spinach and completely drain ALL water (you may want to actually squeeze the water out with your hands)!
- In an oven safe casserole dish mix, sour cream, mayonnaise, dry ranch mix, shredded cheese, and drained spinach. (Add the water chestnuts if you desire).
- Place in oven and bake for 30 minutes (or until completely heated). Take out and top with additional cheese, return to oven until cheese is melted.

This is as good as Knorrs classic spinach dip.I think once this recipe gets around,it could be as popular.Well maybe...Serve with vegetables,crackers, melba toast.rye toast.Great for low carb diets,as a side dish.

Steps:
- Add first six ingredients in microwave safe glass bowl. Mix well.
- Heat on high two minutes and mix again.
- Continue heating on low to medium heat until hot.
- Add shredded colby- jack mixture. You could substitute different cheeses,such as cheddar.
- Heat until hot and cheese melts.
- Note: You can also use beaters to mix ingredients.
