1 pound ground beef
1 pinch salt and ground black pepper to taste
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (16 ounce) package frozen tater tots

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Cook and stir ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until no longer pink and completely browned, 7 to 10 minutes; season with salt and black pepper. Stir cream of mushroom soup into the cooked ground beef; pour the mixture into a 9x13-inch baking dish. Layer tater tots evenly over the ground beef mixture; top with Cheddar cheese.
  • Bake until tater tots are golden brown and hot, 30 to 45 minutes.

1 lb ground beef or turkey, browned, seasoned & drained
2-3 c canned (drained) or frozen vegetable of choice: green beans, corn, peas or mixed vegetables (optional)
2 lb frozen tater tots
1 can(s) cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz)
1 can(s) cream of mushroom soup (10.5 oz)
1 1/2 c milk
8-12 oz cheddar cheese, shredded

Steps:

  • 1. Spread meat into a 13x9 greased casserole dish.
  • 2. At this point you can add a layer of your optional vegetable of choice.
  • 3. Combine the soups and milk.
  • 4. Cover vegetables with tater tots. Pour soup/milk sauce evenly over the tater tots.
  • 5. Bake for 60 minutes at 350 degrees.
  • 6. Add the cheese and bake for 10-15 more minutes.

2 c grated cheddar cheese
1/2 lb ground beef (you can use a whole pound, just depends how meaty you want it)
1 can(s) cream of mushroom soup (10.5 oz)
1/2 c milk

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350. Cook hamburger; drain.
  • 2. Add soup and milk to meat.
  • 3. Line a 13x9 baking dish with a layer of tater tots.
  • 4. Cover tots with a layer of meat mixture.
  • 5. Then top that with a layer of cheese. Repeat until the dish is filled up.
  • 6. Cook for about 45 minutes.

1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons butter, softened
1/2 cup chunky peanut butter
2 cups packed brown sugar
4 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup buttermilk
CHOCOLATE FILLING:
2-1/4 cups heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
12 ounces bittersweet or semisweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
1/2 cup chunky peanut butter
CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:
12 ounces cream cheese, softened
6 tablespoons butter, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups confectioners' sugar, divided
3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
2 Butterfinger candy bars (2.1 ounces each), coarsely chopped
1/3 cup honey-roasted peanuts, chopped

Steps:

  • Grease three 9-in. round baking pans; set aside. In a large bowl, cream the butter, peanut butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in vanilla., Combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt; add to creamed mixture alternately with buttermilk, beating well after each addition. Pour into prepared pans (pans will have a shallow fill)., Bake at 350° for 17-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks., For filling, in a large heavy saucepan, bring cream and brown sugar to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 1-2 minutes or until sugar is dissolved. Remove from the heat; stir in chocolate and peanut butter until blended. Transfer to a small bowl; chill until mixture achieves spreading consistency. , For frosting, in a large bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until blended. Beat in vanilla. Gradually beat in 1-1/4 cups confectioners' sugar until light and fluffy. In a small bowl, beat cream and remaining confectioners' sugar until stiff peaks form; fold into cream cheese mixture., Spread filling between layers. Frost top and sides of cake. Garnish with chopped candy bars and peanuts. Store in the refrigerator.
