Time 15m

Number Of Ingredients 6

8 oz cream cheese
8 oz crumbled blue cheese
4 Tbsp butter
1 can(s) black olives (4.5 oz)
1 Tbsp minced chives (optional(
1/2 c nuts (pecan or sunflower seeds are best)

Steps:

  • 1. Get cheeses and butter to room temperature and then beat together. Add olives and chives. On parchment paper, roll into a ball. Then pat nuts into the ball. If you can find the shelled sunflower seeds, they are GREAT with this. But if you can't, pecan pieces work well also.
  • 2. Cover and chill in refrigerator until firm. Serve with plain wagers, bagel chips, or toast points.
