VEGETARIAN BLOODY MARY BEAN CHILI

Vegetarian Bloody Mary Bean Chili image

This recipe is a great way to use up ingredients in your fridge, including Bloody Mary mix. Feel free to throw in other random veggies you may have in your fridge. I enjoy serving with diced red onion, shredded Cheddar cheese, and sour cream.

BLOODY MARY CHILI

Bloody Mary Chili image

I was making "My Famous Chili" yesterday and decided to kick it up a notch. Since the chili recipe has most of the ingredients of a bloody Mary..I dicided to add a new twist to my chili recipe..I hope you like it and if you don't like it this way just omit the vodka and red wine and it will still taste swell. Enjoy..
