This dip is excellent...it can be made ahead or eaten right away. Great to pull out and take on the journey to relatives or friends. Serve with potato chips. Cook time is freezer time

- Mix together in order of ingredients.
- Split the ingredients into two servable crocks.
- Freeze.
- Allow to thaw about 4-5 hours Serve in a dish with crock in middle surrounded by potato chips.

- Mix everything together, making sure the sugar is completely dissolved, and then refrigerate for at least one hour.
- Serve over salad fixins.
- Or dip chicken wings in it.

SPINACH BLEU CHEESE DIP
This spinach dip is a bit different than most, because of the bleu cheese which I think gives it a wonderful flavor. Prep time does not include overnight chilling time.

Steps:
- Combine cottage cheese, yogurt and skim milk in a blender or food processor.
- Process until smooth.
- Add the remaining ingredients (except bread) and process until thoroughly combined.
- Taste, and adjust amount of bleu cheese and worcestershire sauce to your preference.
- Pour into a bowl and chill in the refrigerator for several hours or overnight to allow dip to thicken and flavors to mellow.
- Hollow out a round loaf of pumpernickel bread (making a"bowl"), leaving at least 1/2 inch thick on bottom and sides of loaf.
- Cut up the bread"insides" that you removed from the loaf into cubes/chunks for dipping.
- Fill the bread"bowl" with the chilled dip to serve.
- *You can add more bleu cheese and/or worcestershire sauce to your taste.

- Preheat oven 350 degrees Soften Neufchatel (or cream cheese) on the counter top. Alternatively, you may soften it in a glass bowl in the microwave for 30 seconds. Stir the cheeses and light cream together in a glass mixing bowl and set aside. Drain and rinse chicken. Add the chicken, hot sauce, salt and pepper to the cheeses and stir well until chicken is fully incorporated. Next, spread the dip in a glass pie plate and heat in the oven for 10-12 minutes. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
BLEU CHEESE DIP
This is another great recipe from Horn of the Moon. It is especially good on carrots and celery. Use lots of black pepper. This would also be great in a vegetarian sandwich with sprouts, spinach and cucumber. Add chopped green onion if you want.
