BLENDER CUSTARD PIE
If you've never tried this simple, delicious custard, you must do so. Makes it's own crust! From P. Kinee, who has been making it for 40+ years.

Steps:
- Place all ingredients except cinnamon in a blender in order given. Process until thoroughly blended; it will be slightly foamy. Pour into a buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle top with cinnamon.
- Bake at 375* for 45 minutes to 1 hour. This makes it's own crust. The top will be brown and puff up as it cooks but will settle down as it cools.
BLENDER COCONUT CUSTARD PIE
This pie is so easy and delicious. My grown children fight over this pie everytime I make one. I have actually started making 4 of these pies at a time. One for everyone to share, then one for each of my girls to take home.

Steps:
- 1. Add all liquid ingredients directly into blender.
- 2. Then add flour, sugar and coconut.
- 3. Blend 15 seconds in blender.
- 4. Pour into greased and floured pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees. Bake time might be shorter or longer depending on oven. Bake till a golden brown.
BLENDER EGG CUSTARD PIE
Although I don't like this quite as much as custard pie made the traditional way, it's hard to beat the ease of this one. It's great when you want a comfort-food dessert without all the hassle.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Combine milk, sugar, flour, eggs, butter, and vanilla in blender container; blend at medium speed for about 30 seconds.
- Pour into greased and floured 10-inch pie plate.
- Sprinkle with nutmeg.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until firm.
- It will form its own crust as it bakes.

COCONUT CUSTARD BLENDER PIE
Steps:
- Blend all ingredients on high speed for 10 seconds adding the 1/2 c. of milt that was saved back through the top of the blender. Pour into a greased and floured 10" pie plate and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. (makes it own crust)
