Number Of Ingredients 7

4 eggs
4 ounces semisweet chocolate, melted
1/2 cup Bisquick
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup margarine
3/4 cup nuts, chopped (optional)

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350, grease 9" round pie plate or square pan.
  • Beat all ingredients, except nuts, until smooth for two minutes on high.
  • Pour into pan and sprinkle with nuts.
  • Bake 30-35 minutes.

I came across this on the net while browsing. A quick and easy one bowl dessert, especially great for moms who work, or for those young, up and coming chefs in your family.

1 2/3 cups granulated sugar
3/4 cup butter or 3/4 cup margarine, melted
2 tablespoons water
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 1/3 cups Bisquick
3/4 cup baking cocoa (Nestle's or Hershey's)
3/4 cup chopped pecans (optional) or 3/4 cup walnuts (optional)

Steps:

  • Put all ingredients into one bowl and mix with a hand mixer until blended good.
  • The batter will be thick. Put into 9x13 pan and bake at 350° for 18-25 minutes.

Another of my favorite Bisquick Pies. Try this one you will love it!

Number Of Ingredients 7

4 large eggs
1/4 c butter or margarine, melted
4 oz melted chocolate chips
1/2 c brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 c bisquick baking mix
1/2 c granulated sugar
3/4 c chopped nuts

Steps:

  • 1. Heat oven to 350^. Spray or grease a 9-inch pie plate. Beat eggs, butter and chocolate until smooth-10 seconds in the blender on high or 30 seconds with hand beater.
  • 2. Add brown sugar, baking mix and granulated sugar. Beat until smooth, 1 minute in blender on high, stopping blender occasionally to scrape sides, or 2 minutes with hand beater.
  • 3. Pour into plate; sprinkle with nuts. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 35 minutes; cool.
