BISCUITS AND GRAVY CASSEROLE
I got this recipe at a church potluck. All the flavors blend really well. I've made it for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. So far every time I've served it, I haven't had any leftovers. Enjoy!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Line the bottom of the prepared baking dish with biscuits.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir sausage in the hot skillet until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes; drain and discard grease. Scatter sausage over biscuit layer and top with 1 cup Cheddar cheese.
- Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper together in a bowl and pour over cheese layer.
- Mix water and gravy mix together in a saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until gravy is thickened, 1 to 2 minutes, adding more water for a thinner gravy. Pour gravy over egg layer. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese over casserole.
- Bake in the preheated oven until egg is fluffy and cheese is bubbling, about 30 minutes.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Place gravy mix in a medium saucepan; gradually whisk in water. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until gravy comes to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 minute; gravy will thicken upon standing.
- At the same time, heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir sausage in the hot skillet until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain and discard grease.
- Place biscuits in the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish. Pour eggs over top, then layer with sausage. Pour gravy over sausage and top with shredded Cheddar cheese.
- Bake until eggs are set and cheese is melted, about 30 minutes.

- Grease a 13 x 9 casserole dish. Open Biscuits and cut each round into quarter pieces. Add both cut tubes of biscuits. to greased dish .
- Brown up Ground Turkey, adding in pepper flakes . Put on top of cut biscuits. Break up bacon pieces, Sprinkle over meat, then evenly sprinkle cheese.
- Whisk eggs and milk. Pour over Cheese.
- Prepare gravy package as directed. Pour over cheese layer.
- Preheat oven to 350. Bake 40 min
- Serve with Fruit

- Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 13x9-inch baking dish or 3-quart casserole with cooking spray. In 10-inch nonstick skillet, cook sausage over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, 7 to 8 minutes or until no longer pink; remove from skillet, and drain.
- In same skillet, cook onion, bell peppers, mushrooms, pepper, salt and garlic powder 3 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender. Add sausage back to skillet. - Lay half of halved biscuits on the bottom of prepared pan. Bake for 10 minutes or until brown.
- In a large skillet, brown sausage. Stir in flour and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in milk, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
- Pour over bottom layer of biscuits, and top with remaining biscuit halves.

Found this recipe for Biscuits and Gravy Casserole on a blog and thought the idea sounds genius as we are biscuits and gravy kinda folks 'round here. Everyone raved. Would be a nice dish to make for Mother's Day brunch or for 'brinnner'. Note: there is a similar recipe on Pillsbury website, but uses a packet of gravy mix.

- Heat oven to 350 d F. Butter or spray with cooking spray a 13 x 9 inch (3 quart) glass baking dish.
- In a large (12-inch) skillet, cook sausage over medium-high heat 3 to 4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned and thoroughly cooked. Drain the cooked sausage on a paper towel.
- To the drippings in the skillet add the flour and butter, and slowly add the milk whisking all the while over medium-high heat until thickened. Stir in the beef base and season with salt and pepper (to taste).
- Cut biscuits into @ 1-inch pieces and place in the bottom of buttered baking dish. Next spread cooked sausage crumbles, then some chopped onion. Now spread the shredded cheese.
- Whisk together the eggs and some salt and pepper, and pour over the cheese.
- Next, pour the gravy over everything and cover with foil.
- Bake for 45 minutes. Good garnished with chopped green onions.

- Directions Preheat oven to 350 degree's. Take a 9x13 pan and spray it with Pam or whatever you like to use. Then take the Biscuits and it into 1" pieces and line bottom of pan. Brown Sausage and scatter over biscuits. Sprinkle with Cheddar Cheese. Whisk eggs and milk with a pinch of salt and pepper and pour it over the pan. Make Gravy mix per package directions and pour over. Bake in the oven for about 30-45 minutes.
