20 oz can pineapple chunks, 2 cups fresh
11 oz canned mandarin oranges
10 oz maraschino cherries, halved
16 oz sour cream
2 c shredded sweetened coconut
10 oz mini marshmallows

Steps:

  • 1. Combine fruit in large bowl, fold in sour cream & coconut. Stir well. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours before serving.

1 (20 ounce) can pineapple chunks, juice reserved
2 apples, peeled and cored
1 (21 ounce) can peach pie filling
2 bananas, peeled and diced
3 kiwis
1 pint strawberries

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, toss the chopped apples in reserved pineapple juice. Allow to sit for 5 to 10 minutes.
  • In a large salad bowl, combine the peach pie filling and pineapple chunks.
  • Remove apples from pineapple juice and add to pie filling and pineapple mixture. Add chopped bananas to reserved pineapple juice and let sit for 5 to 10 minutes.
  • Peel and slice kiwi and 1/2 of strawberries. Chop the other 1/2 of strawberries and set aside.
  • Remove bananas from pineapple juice and add to pie filling mixture. Add chopped strawberries; toss together.
  • Arrange kiwi slices around the edge of the serving bowl and alternate with strawberry slices. Chill and serve.

1 (12 ounce) package romaine lettuce, cleaned and torn
1 (7 ounce) package baby spinach leaves, cleaned
3/4 cup fresh strawberries, sliced (or whole raspberries)
1/2 cup fresh pineapple
1/2 cup mandarin orange
1/4 green onion, sliced
1 cup raw almonds
1/3 cup sugar

Steps:

  • Salad & Fruit: Layer salad ingredients onto salad plates, top with cooled Glazed Almonds and serve optionally with Best Raspberry Dressing (Vinaigrette).
  • Glazed Almonds: Heat a heavy skillet on high heat, add almonds and sprinkle generously with sugar, stirring until sugar melts.
  • Caution: The molten sugar is very HOT. Transfer nuts to cool completely on a plate.
  • Break up into pieces.

My mother made this once but it had raisins (I don't like raisins) So I took her Fruit Salad, experimented with it for awhile, and then I had THE BEST Fruit Salad EVER! Very easy to make and my favorite way to eat fruit :D

1 fresh cantaloupe
15 ounces dark sweet cherries (1 can or 3 and 1/2 cups fresh)
2 cups seedless grapes (whatever kind you prefer)
2 fresh bananas
2 cups fresh strawberries
1 apple
3 cups marshmallows
8 ounces strawberry yogurt
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (or "a dash")
1 tablespoon honey (or "a squirt")
2 1/2 cups Cool Whip (10 ounces)

Steps:

  • Chop all fruit into bite sized pieces. You CAN cut the grapes and cherries, but I usually do not.
  • Throw all the fruit into a very large bowl and add cool whip, yogurt, marshmallows.
  • Add powdered sugar, cinnamon, and honey.
  • I usually freeze this, but tastes good in the refrigerator, too! Although, fruit doesn't keep as long in refrigerator, and the freezy treat is tastier to me :D.

CITRUS POPPY SEED DRESSING:
12 mandarin oranges, divided (for dressing and salad)
2 cup strawberries, sliced
1 pineapple, cut into bite size chunks
5 kiwi, sliced
3 mangoes, cut into bite size chunks
1 medium lemon
1 lime
1/4 cup honey
1/2 teaspoon Gourmet Garden Ginger Paste or fresh grated ginger
1/2 teaspoon poppy seeds

Steps:

  • Wash and dry lemon, lime and 2 mandarin oranges. Zest the washed and dried citrus with a zester or fine grater. Add to 1 cup measuring cup or small bowl. Cut each in half and squeeze the juice into the measuring cup. (You should get about 1/2 cup juice). Add honey, ginger and poppy seeds to juice mixture and whisk until combined. Set aside or place in the refrigerator if serving later. Prepare remaining fruit. Slice strawberries and kiwi. Section remaining oranges. Cut pineapple and mango into bite size chunks. Place fruit in a large bowl. Pour dressing on top of fruit about 30 minutes before serving. Gently toss to coat. Serve and enjoy! Cook's note: This fruit salad is fabulous with whatever you have on hand. I love carambola (star fruit) and papaya in this salad as well. What a delightful fruit salad! The orange marmalade glaze is sweet but has a little bit of tang from the lemon. This was great at room temperature, but even better after it sat in the fridge for a few hours and the flavors blended together. We had some extra strawberries so we threw them in too. So yummy!

1 can(s) pineapple, chunks, reserve all the juice
2-3 bananas
1 bunch red seedless grapes
1/2 pt blueberries
1 jar(s) small jar maraschino cherries, drained
any other fruit you would like to add
4 Tbsp sugar
4 tsp cornstarch
4 tsp orange marmalade or apricot preserves
2 tsp lemon juice

Steps:

  • 1. Drain pineapple, reserve all juice.
  • 2. In a small bowl, combine all your fruit. I always squirt some lemon juice over my bananas before adding so they don't get brown and yucky looking. Set aside.
  • 3. In a small saucepan, combine the sugar, cornstarch, and reserved pineapple juice. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer till thickened. Remove from heat and add the marmalade or preserves and the lemon juice.
  • 4. Let cool for a couple of minutes, then pour the glaze over your fruit and toss gently to coat. Keep in the fridge. It won't last long!!

1/4 pkg green grapes
1/4 pkg red grapes
1 pkg strawberries, fresh
1/2 pkg pecans or walnuts
1/8 pkg marshmallows
1 jar(s) marshmallow cream
1 box cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 pkg small container of whipped topping

Steps:

  • 1. cut fruit into bit sized chunks and marshmallows and in half put into large bowl
  • 2. warm marshmallow cream in microwave for 30 seconds and blend in cream cheese and whipped topping until a mayo like texture
  • 3. mix together store in the fridge until ready to serve

2 pt fresh rasberries
2 pt fresh blueberries

1 pkg instant vanilla pudding

  • 1. Drain pineapple and add pudding mix to juice.

1 can(s) fruit cocktail, in syrup
1 can(s) pears
1 can(s) cling peaches
1 large red delicious apple
1 c chopped pecans
1 can(s) bakers coconut
1 bottle small marachino cherries
1 large naval orange
1 large banana optional
1 can(s) crushed pineapple

Steps:

  • 1. Drain syrup from canned fruits and set aside. Chop apple into medium dice and coat with lemon juice to stop browning. Optional: Slice banana if using. Supreme the orange and cut slices into thirds. Drain juice from cherries and set aside. Half cherries. Mix all ingredients together. Add about a 1/4 cup cherrie juice.
  • 2. If adding banana, coat with lemon juice to keep from browning. Refridgerate before serving. Serve with Cool Whip or Whipped cream.

1 box frozen strawberries, thawed
2 granny smith apples, peeled and finely chopped
16 oz peach pie filling
3 kiwis, peeled and sliced
28 oz pineapple chunks, drained but save the juice
2 bananas, peeled and sliced

Steps:

  • 1. In a small bowl, toss the apples with saved pineapple juice. Allow to sit for 5 - 10 minutes.
  • 2. In a large bowl, combine the peach pie filling and pineapple chunks. Remove apples from pineapple juice mixture and add to pie filling mixture.
  • 3. Add sliced bananas to pineapple juice mixture. Let sit for 5 - 10 minutes.
  • 4. Remove bananas from pineapple juice and add to peach pie filling mixture along with the sliced kiwi and 1/3 cup of strawberries.
  • 5. Chop the remaining strawberries and add to the mixture; toss all together. Arrange kiwi slices around the edge of the serving bowl. Alternate with strawberry slices. Chill and serve.

2 tbsp honey or agave nectar
3/4 tsp dried lavender
1/8 tsp freshly ground black pepper
pinch salt
1 tbsp fresh lime juice
1 peach sliced into 1/2-inch thick wedges
1 nectarine sliced into 1/2 inch thick wedges
1 large plum, sliced into 1/2 inch think wedges
1 cup raspberries
1 cup blackberries
3/4 cup blueberries
1 tbsp small whole mint leaves

Steps:

  • 1. combine honey, 1/3 cup water, lavender, pepper and salt in a small saucepan. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring until honey has dissolved. Remove from heat and cover; let steep 10-15 minutes or until room temp. Strain into a serving bowl; discard lavender and stir in lime juice. 2. Add peach, nectarine, and plum slices to honey mixture, and toss well. Add berries and mint, and toss gently to combine. Refrigerate 1 hour or until chilled.

6 mandarin oranges ((peeled and separated))
2 limes
2 lemons
1/4 cup honey

Steps:

  • Chop up each fruit individually.
  • I really like my pineapple slicer. Watch my Facebook video where I show you how easy it is to make.
  • Combine the fruit in a large glass bowl.
  • Pour honey into a small glass bowl. Squeeze the two limes and lemons into the bowl and mix well.
  • Pour the honey lime glaze over the fresh fruit and toss to combine.
  • Place in the fridge until ready to serve.
