2 cups Greek yogurt
1/3 cup packed light brown muscovado sugar
2 tablespoons brewed espresso, cooled
1 teaspoon finely grated orange zest
2 tablespoons orange juice
1 pint fresh raspberries
1 pint fresh strawberries, hulled and halved or quartered
3 to 4 tablespoons granulated sugar
2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint, plus 8 small sprigs, for garnish
2 cups granola

Steps:

  • Whisk together the Greek yogurt, muscovado sugar, espresso and orange zest and juice in a bowl until smooth. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours and up to 24 hours.
  • About an hour before serving, combine the raspberries, strawberries, sugar to taste, and chopped mint in a bowl. Layer the berries, granola and yogurt mixture in eight 1-cup Mason jars. Top the jars with some more granola, then cover with lids and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Garnish with fresh mint sprigs and serve.

4 cups assorted berries (blackberries, blueberries, raspberries and sliced strawberries)
2 Tbsp. sugar, divided
1 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
1/2 tsp. grated orange zest

Steps:

  • Mix berries and 1 Tbsp. of the sugar in medium bowl. Let stand 10 min.
  • Place whipped topping, sour cream, remaining 1 Tbsp. sugar and the orange zest in small bowl; stir gently until well blended.
  • Spoon berry mixture evenly into 8 dessert dishes; top with the whipped topping mixture.

1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup brandy
1 cup sour cream
1/4 teaspoon nutmet
1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • Combine brown sugar and brandy and mix well. Add sour cream and whisk with brandy mixture. Add remaining incredients and serve atop fresh berries. Option: fold in 1 cup stifflhy whipped cream for a lighter texture.
