1 box Betty Crocker™ fudge brownie mix
Water, vegetable oil and eggs as called for on brownie mix box
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 1/3 cups halved fresh strawberries
1 cup fresh blueberries
1/2 cup fresh raspberries

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350° F (325° F for dark or nonstick pan). Grease or spray bottom only of 12-inch pizza pan. Make brownies as directed. Spread in pan.
  • Bake 20 to 26 minutes or until toothpick inserted 2 inches from side of pan comes out clean. Cool completely.
  • In medium bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on high speed until smooth and creamy. Fold in whipped topping; spread on brownie. Arrange berries over cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate 1 hour. Store covered in refrigerator.

1 package fudge brownie mix (13 x 9 pan size)
1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawe
4 cups quartered fresh strawberries
1/3 cup chocolate hard-shell ice cream topping

Steps:

  • 1. Prepare and bake brownies according to package directions, using a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking pan. Cool completely on a wire rack.
  • 2. Spread whipped topping over brownies. Arrange strawberries cut side down over top. Drizzle with chocolate topping. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

1 package fudge brownie mix (13-inch x 9-inch pan size)
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/4 cup canola oil
2 eggs
1 carton (1-3/4 quarts) reduced-fat no-sugar-added vanilla ice cream, softened
BERRY SAUCE:
2 tablespoons butter
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 quart fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
2 cups fresh blueberries
2 cups fresh raspberries

Steps:

  • Prepare brownie mix using water, applesauce, oil and eggs. Bake according to package directions; cool completely on a wire rack., Crumble brownies into 1-in. pieces; sprinkle half into a 13-in. x 9-in. dish coated with cooking spray. Spread evenly with ice cream. Press remaining brownie pieces into ice cream. Cover and freeze for 1 hour or until firm., Remove from the freezer 5 minutes before serving. For sauce, in a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in the sugar, honey, lime juice, vinegar, cinnamon and cayenne. Add berries; cook for 3-5 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Cut cake into squares; top with hot berry sauce.

- 2 cups fresh red raspberries
- 3 tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. finely shredded orange peel
- 2 cups whipped cream
- 2 to 3 inch squares bakery brownies, cut into irregular chunks

Steps:

  • Set aside 1/3 cup of the berries. In medium bowl, mix the remaining berries, 2 Tbsp. of the sugar and the orange peel. Put berry mixture in a 4 to 5 cup serving bowl or divide among 6 dessert dishes.
  • Spoon whipped cream over raspberry mixture. Top the whipped cream with the brownie chunks and the reserved brownies. Makes 6 servings.
