- In a 5-qt. slow cooker, combine all ingredients. Cook, covered, on low 5-6 hours.

Steps:
- Remove the brats from the casings and crumble into 2" pieces.
- Heat a 2-quart stockpot over medium heat, Sauté brat crumbles until brown and cooked. Drain fat.
- Add remaining ingredients except green onions and bring to a boil. Turn down to simmer and cook for 1 hour. Fold in green onions and enjoy!

I like to make up my own chili recipes. So many variations. This one is a keeper!

Steps:
- Break up brats and cook in lrg fry pan until cooked through, drain grease
- Add chopped onion and bell pepper (can add jalapeño pepper as well if desired) cook until soft
- Add chili powder, salt, pepper as desired.
- In large soup pot add all tomato products and water. Stir well to dissolve soup and tomato paste.
- Add meat onion pepper mixture. Bring to a simmer then add beans.
- Simmer for approx. 1/2 hr and enjoy with a loaf of crusty bread
