- Microwave ground beef, taco seasoning, and garlic in bowl, stirring occasionally, until beef is no longer pink, about 5 minutes.
- Break up any large pieces of beef with spoon, then drain off fat.
- Drain tomatoes, reserving ¼ cup juice.
- Using potato masher, mash half of beans with reserved tomato juice in large bowl until mostly smooth.
- Stir in beef mixture, remaining beans, tomatoes and 1 ½ c Monterey Jack cheese until well combined.
- 1 ½ -5 quart slow cooker: Transfer mixture to slow cooker, cover, and cook until heated through, 1-2 hours on LOW.
- Stir dip to recombine and sprinkle with remaining ½ cup cheese.
- Cover and continue to cook on LOW until cheese is melted, about 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle dip with scallions and serve; dip can be held on WARM or LOW setting for up to 2 hours.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Heat butter and oil in a very large skillet over medium heat. Add onions and garlic and saute until translucent, about 5 minutes. Add ground beef and chili powder; cook and stir until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes.
- Add salad dressing and salsa and bring to a boil. Add beans and stir until smooth. Pour into a baking dish or foil pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven, stirring every 15 minutes, until hot, about 1 hour. Sprinkle cheese on top if desired and cook until melted, about 15 more minutes. Serve warm.

Steps:
- Spray 12-inch skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium heat. Cook beef and onion in skillet 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beef is brown; drain well.
- Stir in refried beans and tomatoes. Cook 3 to 4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until hot. Stir in 3/4 cup of the cheese.
- Spoon dip into serving dish or 1 1/2- to 2-quart slow cooker on Low heat setting. Dip will hold up to 2 hours in slow cooker. Top with remaining 1/4 cup of cheese. Serve with tortilla chips.

- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Cook ground sirloin and onions in a saute pan over medium heat until beef is browned. Season with chili powder, cayenne, salt, and pepper.
- In a large bowl combine garlic, beans, tomato sauce, olive oil, and cider vinegar. Add the beef, corn, and all but a handful of the cheese. Mix well and transfer to a 3 quart dish and bake 35-40 minutes, or until bubbly. Remove from oven and top with reserved cheese. Bake an additional 10 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes. Serve with tortilla or corn chips.

- brown ground beef with onion diced,add taco seasoning when beef is done, add drained tomatoes, and refried beans,garlic powder onion powder, and mix throughly,heat and stir until combined,and heated thruoghly ,put in 9 by 13 baking pan,put salsa on top of beans, sprinkle top with cheddar cheese then top with cheese dip cover and bake 20 min on 400,or until hot and bubbly, remove from oven drizzle and spread sour cream, then top with sliced olives and sliced up green part of scalions. servve with tortilla chips
