There's a lot going on here for just 30 minutes of prep-including a poblano chile-spiked turkey meatloaf, with BBQ sauce and cheesy mashed potatoes.

1-1/2 lb. ground turkey
1-1/3 cups STOVE TOP Everyday Stuffing Mix for Chicken
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup chopped onions
1/4 cup chopped roasted poblano chiles
1 egg, beaten
1/4 cup plus 2 Tbsp. BULL'S-EYE Original Barbecue Sauce, divided
3/4 lb. red potatoes (about 2), peeled, cut into chunks
3 oz. PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1 Tbsp. butter, softened
1 Tbsp. milk
1/3 cup KRAFT Shredded Colby & Monterey Jack Cheeses
1 tsp. chopped fresh chives

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350ºF.
  • Mix turkey, stuffing mix, water, onions, chiles, egg and 1/4 cup barbecue sauce just until blended; press into 12 muffin cups sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake 25 to 30 min. or until done (165ºF), brushing with remaining barbecue sauce for the last 5 min.
  • Meanwhile, cook potatoes in boiling water in large saucepan 15 min. or until tender; drain. Return potatoes to pan. Add cream cheese, butter and milk; mash until potatoes are smooth and ingredients are well blended. Stir in shredded cheese and chives.
  • Serve meatloaves topped with potatoes.

6 large russet potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
½ cup milk
½ cup liquid egg substitute
¼ cup hickory smoke-flavored barbecue sauce
¼ cup butter
¼ cup ranch dressing
salt and ground black pepper to taste

Steps:

  • Place potatoes into a large pot and cover with salted water; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until potatoes are soft enough to push a fork through them, about 10 minutes. Drain. Set potatoes aside and return the pot to the stove.
  • Turn heat to medium-high and add milk, egg substitute, barbecue sauce, butter, and ranch dressing; stir to blend. Add potatoes and beat on low speed for 5 minutes while cooking in the pot. Ensure the eggs are fully cooked and blended with the potatoes. Season with salt and pepper and beat on high for 2 more minutes.

1 pkg. (24 oz.) ORE-IDA STEAM N' MASH Cut Russet Potatoes
4 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
1 cup chopped onions
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 cup milk
3 Tbsp. KRAFT Sweet Honey Barbecue Sauce
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
4 green onions, sliced

Steps:

  • Microwave potatoes as directed on package. (Do not mash.)
  • Meanwhile, cook and stir bacon in medium skillet on medium heat until crisp. Add onions and sugar; mix well. Cook 1 min., stirring frequently. Remove from heat.
  • Place potatoes in large bowl. Add butter, milk and barbecue sauce; mash until ingredients are well blended and potatoes are mashed to desired consistency. Add cheese, onions and bacon mixture; mix well.
