DORITOS CRUSTED CHICKEN TENDERS
This came to me via my friend Korin who is a mom of five. she say's all her kids really loved it so i tried it and my kids did too. we did the cool ranch and sweet and spicy chili ones

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Pour some fake eggs onto a shallow plate. Crush the Doritos into a bowl.
- 2. Line a baking sheet with tin foil. Pat the chicken tenders dry with a paper towel. Soak the tenders on each side in the egg mixture. Then evenly coat the tenders with the crushed Doritos, making sure to try and coat the entire tender.
- 3. Bake the tenders for 20 minutes, or until the tenders are cooked through.

NACHO CHEESE DORITO CHICKEN
My friend shared this recipe with me, and I was so reluctant because I don't even like Doritos, but she insisted I try it, and my whole family LOVED it. It is moist and has such a great flavor and even smells yummy cooking! Now I make it often. I pound the breast to flatten them and make them cook faster.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Put chicken breasts in zip-lock bag and pound to flatten somewhat.
- Combine mayonnaise and Italian Seasoning in wide bowl.
- Crush Doritos in a zip-lock into pencil eraser sized pieces (or smaller).
- Roll chicken in the mayo mixture and then roll in Dorito crumbs.
- Place in casserole dish and drizzle with melted butter all over the chicken.
- Bake uncovered thirty minutes.

- In a large skillet, cook the chicken, green peppers and onion in 2 tablespoons oil over medium heat for 6-8 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink. Stir in barbecue sauce and heat through. , Sprinkle cheese down the center of each tortilla; top with chicken mixture. Fold sides and ends over filling and roll up. Secure with toothpicks., In a large skillet, brown burritos in remaining oil on all sides over medium heat. Discard toothpicks. Serve with lime wedges, sour cream, lettuce and tomatoes if desired.
