BANANA-SPLIT BREAD PUDDING
A favorite dessert for bread pudding lovers !

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350'. Spray a 11 x 7 baking dish with cooking spray. Beat bananas, sugar, milk and egg product with a wire wisk.
- 2. Fold in bread cubes,1/4 cup chocolate chips and vanilla. Spread in pan. Sprinkle with remaining chips. Bake 40-45 minutes until golden brown and set.
- 3. Cut into wedges and tope with whipped cream and sliced strawberries. ENJOY !

- 1. Heat oven to 350°. Spray quiche dish, 9 x 1 1/2 inches, or pie plate, 9 x 1 1/4 inches, with cooking spray. Beat bananas, brown sugar, milk, egg product and vanilla in large bowl with wire whisk until smooth. Fold in bread and 1/4 cup chocolate chips. 2. Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until golden brown and set. Cut into wedges. Spoon strawberry topping over each serving.
