BANANA BERRY FROZEN YOGURT
Low cal, healthy, frozen dessert. Use whatever berries you can get. No cooking just freezing for 45 minutes 3 X's.

Steps:
- Put all ingredients in a large metal bowl of a food processor and blend processing until smooth and well blended.
- Pour into a metal bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze 45 minutes.
- Remove from freezer and beat with an electric hand mixer until smooth. Return to freezer.
- Repeat at 45 minute intervals two more times during freezing.
- Before serving, allow mixture to set at room temperature for 10 minutes to soften.

Steps:
- 1. Line a 9-inch square pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides. Arrange half the graham pieces, in 3 rows of 7 pieces each, on bottom of pan.
- 2. Pulse fruits in blender or food processor just until blended--some chunks should remain.
- 3. Spoon fruit into medium bowl; stir in yogurt and whipped topping. Spread over graham pieces in pan; top with remaining graham pieces, aligning over graham pieces on bottom layer, so they form squares.
- 4. Freeze for 4 hours. Use foil "handles" to lift dessert from pan; cut between grahams into 21 bars. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
