cooking spray
1 pound ground beef
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 package taco seasoning mix
1 tomato, chopped
1 bunch green onions, chopped
2 tablespoons hot taco sauce, or more to taste
1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
1 (8 ounce) package shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 (14.5 ounce) package tortilla chips, or more as needed

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a 9x13-inch casserole dish with cooking spray.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir beef in the hot skillet until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes; drain and discard grease. Stir bell pepper and taco seasoning into ground beef. Spread ground beef mixture into prepared casserole dish.
  • Sprinkle tomato and green onions over ground beef mixture; top with taco sauce. Spread sour cream over taco sauce layer and top with Cheddar cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until cheese is melted and bubbling, 10 to 20 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips.

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, at room temperature
1 pound lean ground beef
1 cup water
1 (1 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
1 ½ cups salsa
1 ½ cups shredded Cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • Spread cream cheese in an even layer in the bottom of an 8x8-inch baking dish.
  • Cook and stir beef in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned and cooked through, 5 to 10 minutes. Add water and taco seasoning mix; stir. Simmer until most of the liquid evaporates, 3 to 5 minutes.
  • Spread meat mixture over the cream cheese in the baking dish. Pour salsa over meat mixture. Top with Cheddar cheese.
  • Bake taco dip in preheated oven until bubbling and cheese is melted, about 20 minutes.

Inspired by a beloved dip, our Baked Taco 'Dip' Bites are utterly delicious. With only 20 minutes of prep, they're simple to make, too. So try a new take on flavors you know they already adore with these Baked Taco 'Dip' Bites.

4 oz. cheddar cheese snack crackers, finely crushed (about 1 cup)
3 Tbsp. butter, melted
2 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
2 Tbsp. TACO BELL® Taco Seasoning Mix
2 eggs
1/4 cup KRAFT Cheddar & Asadero Cheese Expertly Paired for Tacos
1/4 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
1/4 cup fresh salsa

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 325ºF.
  • Line 8-inch square pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides. Combine cracker crumbs and butter; press onto bottom of prepared pan. Bake 8 min.
  • Meanwhile, beat cream cheese and taco seasoning mix in medium bowl with mixer until blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended. Stir in shredded cheese.
  • Spread cream cheese mixture onto crust.
  • Bake 20 to 23 min. or until center is almost set. Cool completely.
  • Refrigerate 1 hour.
  • Use foil handles to remove taco 'dip' from pan; cut into 36 squares.
  • Top each square with about 1/4 tsp. each sour cream and salsa before serving.

We love this dip. Very easy to make and always a hit. Sometimes I add a can green chilies and you can make it as hot or mild as you wish.

1/2 lb ground beef
1 can(s) refried beans
1 pkg taco seasoning mix
8 oz sour cream
2 c shredded cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat, drain. Mix beans, cooked ground beef and taco seasoning. Spread bean mixture in the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish. Spread the sour cream on top of the beans and then top with cheese. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes - until cheese is bubbly. Serve with Fritos.

1 lb ground beef
1 (16 ounce) can refried beans
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 cup taco sauce
3/4 cup chopped tomato
1/2 cup of chopped onion
1 (4 ounce) can black olives
2 (6 ounce) packages taco blend cheese
1 (16 ounce) container sour cream (the bigger size)
green onion (optional)
jalapeno (optional)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Brown hamburger and drain.
  • Stir in can of refried beans, chili powder, cumin, and taco sauce. Mixing until mixed well together. Spread hamburger and beans mixture on the bottom of the 9x13 baking dish.
  • Sprinkle 3/4 cup of tomatos, 1/2 cup of onions, one can of sliced black olives, and jalepenos (optional) on top of the meat mixture. Covering well.
  • Sprinkle a good amount of the taco shredded seasoned cheese on top of the tomatos, onions, black olives, and jalepenos. Covering well.
  • Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  • Remove from oven and let stand for 5 - 7 minutes or until cooled.
  • Layer the top with a good amount of sour cream. Sprinkle the rest of the cheese and green onions on top of the sour cream.
  • Serve.
  • Next day reheating:.
  • Put a little on a plate and reheat up in sections you are eating. 15-17 seconds in the microwave lets the meat mixture be warm and leaves the sour stil cool! YUM!
