Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a medium-sized casserole dish.
- In a mixing bowl, cream together butter and sugar. Beat in eggs one at a time. Stir in cinnamon and nutmeg. Add bread and crushed pineapple into the mixture. Transfer mixture to the prepared baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven until bubbly and lightly browned, about 60 minutes.

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Grease a 13 x 9 inch baking dish or coat with cooking spray.
- In a large skillet, heat the oil over med-high heat.
- Lightly season the chicken all over with salt and black pepper.
- In batches, place the chicken in the hot oil and cook, turning once, until golden brown, about 8 minutes.
- Transfer the chicken to a paper towel-lined plate to drain.
- In a small bowl, toss together the pineapple and hot sauce.
- Spread evenly on the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- Place the chicken on top of the pineapple.
- In a small bowl, combine the crackers, butter, and Cheddar.
- Scatter the mixture over the top of the chicken and pineapple.

- 1. Preheat the oven to 350'F. degrees F. Grease a medium-size casserole dish with butter.
- 2. In a large bowl, stir together the sugar and flour. Gradually stir in the cheese. Add the drained pineapple chunks, and stir until ingredients are well combined. Pour the mixture into the prepared casserole dish. (I spray it with Pam)
- 3. In another medium bowl, combine the cracker crumbs, melted butter, and reserved pineapple juice and cinnamon, stirring with a rubber spatula until evenly blended (should be a little wet & crumbly.) Spread over the top of pineapple mixture.
- 4. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Serve hot out of the oven. Oh Yummm!

- Mix the sugar, flour and three tablespoons of pineapple juice in a medium-size bowl until it is smooth and creamy.
- Add the drained pineapple chunks and mix well to ensure the pineapple chunks are covered with the liquid.
- Grease a small baking dish with butter or spray with non-stick cooking spray. Pour the pineapple mixture in the dish and spread out evenly.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly over the top of the pineapple mixture.
