An easy and tasty recipe from Coastal Living. Italian dressing can be subbed for the olive oil for a little bit different taste.

2/3 cup fine dry breadcrumb
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
2 lbs unpeeled large shrimp
2 teaspoons minced fresh garlic
1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
1/4 cup olive oil

Steps:

  • Combine breadcrumbs, cheese, and parsley in a shallow dish; set aside.
  • Peel shrimp, leaving tails intact, and devein, if desired. Place in a large bowl. Sprinkle shrimp with garlic, seasoned salt, and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil; toss gently.
  • Dredge each shrimp in breadcrumb mixture. Arrange shrimp in an even layer in 2 greased 15- x 10-inch jellyroll pans.
  • Bake at 400° for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring twice.

Very delicious!!! I'm not sure where my mom got this recipe but I loved it as a teenager and even more as an adult..... Very easy and fast

1 lb shrimp
16 ounces Italian dressing
1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine
1 loaf French bread

Steps:

  • Dehead shrimp-leave in peels.
  • Place in a baking dish.
  • Pour dressing over shrimp - it's good to cover them with dressing.
  • Place butter on top.
  • Bake at 350°F until no longer gray, 7-11 minutes.
  • Serve immediately with french bread for dipping.

My family loves seafood. So while I was visiting my uncle, I whipped this up and dinner was in complete silence. He was too busy eating to converse!!

Number Of Ingredients 4

5 lb fresh (or frozen) shrimp
1 stick butter
1 whole lemon
1 pkg dry italian (or any flavor) seasoning

Steps:

  • 1. Line 1 large cookie sheet with foil and preheat oven to 350 degrees (to cut down on time, place 1 stick of butter on lined cookie sheet in oven while preheating).
  • 2. Cut up 1 whole lemon in slices.
  • 3. Once oven is preheated and butter melted, place lemon slices on cookie sheet (spread out).
  • 4. Place shrimp on top of lemon pieces and shake seasoning on top. (if frozen, let shrimp fully thaw and drain before cooking)
  • 5. For tasty flavor throughout, toss shrimp so seasoning, butter, lemon slices are evenly distributed.
  • 6. Bake for 15 mins and VOILA!!!! (Shrimp will be hot so be careful in peeling and eating) This is also great to top salads with!

1 pound shrimp, tails off
1 stick butter
1 lemon
1 package dried Italian Seasoning

Steps:

  • Melt a stick of butter in an oven-safe pan over medium heat. Slice one lemon and layer the slices on top of the butter. Add a layer of shrimp on the pan, then sprinkle one package of dried Italian seasoning over all of it. Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm.
