BAKED HAVARTI CHICKEN
Baked chicken breasts marinated in Italian dressing and Greek seasoning, topped with Havarti cheese, green chili pepper, and sauteed mushrooms. Pairs beautifully with long grain rice and steamed vegetables.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Marinate chicken in Italian dressing and Greek seasoning in a bowl, at least 30 minutes.
- Place chicken in a 9x13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle top with additional Greek seasoning.
- Bake in preheated oven until no longer pink in center and juices run clear, about 25 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium-high heat until bubbling. Pour in wine, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic salt; bring to a boil. Stir in mushrooms; reduce to a simmer, cover, and cook until mushrooms are tender, about 3 to 5 minutes. Seasoning mixture with salt.
- Arrange green chili peppers lengthwise and Havarti cheese on top of chicken. Return to the oven and bake until cheese has melted, about 5 minutes. Top chicken with mushrooms and pan juices.

I love to serve this appetizer with crackers and apple slices. Goes great with white wine. A recipe everyone will ask for. The sweetness of the honey makes this amazing! Super easy to make.

Steps:
- 1. Defrost puff pastry sheet. Wrap havarti cheese in puff pastry sheet, place seam down on baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 2. Bake at 325 for 25-30 minutes or until puff pastry is golden brown. Remove and place on serving platter.
- 3. Drizzle honey, coating entire puff pastry. Sprinkle slivered almonds on top.
- 4. To serve I place crackers and apple slices around the puff pastry. Put knife along the side for cutting off wedges or slices of baked havarti.

- 1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- 2. Place 1 teaspoon butter into 4 ovenproof ramekin dishes, place in oven to melt.
- 3. Remove from oven and add 1 tablespoon half-and-half and crack 1 egg into each dish. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- 4. 4. Cover each egg with 1 tablespoon Havarti. Sprinkle dill evenly over each. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until egg white is done with yolk softly cooked.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Boil water and cook the pasta as directed on the package.
- Coat a medium sized frying pan with the olive oil.
- Cut the sausage into meatball sized slices and place in the medium sized frying pan.
- Fry the sausage on medium-low heat until cooked 3/4 of the way through.
- Slice up the onion into small pieces and add into the frying pan, cook until the sausage is done.
- Transfer the onion and sausage into a medium sized pot, add the spaghetti sauce and the garlic.
- Cover the sauce and heat until it's warm.
- Drain the pasta and stir in the sauce mix.
- Transfer everything into a large casserole dish
- Get your cheeses, place the slices of Havarti on top of the pasta in one or two layers.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheeses evenly on top.
- Sprinkle the parsley evenly over the cheeses.
- Bake for about 15 minutes until the cheese is melted.
