BAKED BLUEBERRY FRENCH TOAST SWIRL
Being a busy mom of three...quick, easy and delicious recipes are always a must. This is a Christmas morning tradition in my house and can be made the night before. Just pop it in the oven when you wake up and savor the aroma of it baking while you open gifts!! ENJOY

Steps:
- 1. Cut the bread into cubes. Place bread cubes and blueberries into a lightly greased 3-quart shallow baking dish. Beat the eggs, milk (or half-and-half) and vanilla extract in a medium bowl with a fork or whisk.
- 2. Pour the egg mixture over the bread cubes and blueberries. Stir and press the bread cubes into the egg mixture to coat. Refrigerate for 1 hour or overnight.
- 3. Bake at 350°F. for 45 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Dollop with butter and sprinkle with the cinnamon-sugar. Serve with syrup.

- 2. beat the eggs, half and half and vanilla extract in a medium bowl with a fork or whisk.
- 3. pour the egg mixture over the bread cubes.
- 4. stir and press the bread cubes into egg mixture to coat. refrigerate for 1 hour or overnight.
- 5. preheat oven to 350.
- 6. bake for 45 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. sprinkle with the cinnamon sugar.serve with the butter and syrup.
