6 slices bacon

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400˚F (200˚C).
  • Place chicken breast in a baking dish. Season chicken with salt and pepper, to taste.
  • Spread 1-2 Tbsp. ranch on each chicken breast.
  • Layer two slices of bacon on top of each chicken breast.
  • Top with cheese.
  • Bake for 40 minutes.

  • Using smaller chicken breasts (about 5-6 ounces each), season each with Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Seasoning Shaker. Starting at one edge and working toward the other, wrap each piece of chicken in 2 slices of thick cut bacon.
  • Place seam side down on a baking sheet or ovenproof skillet.
  • Bake for about 30 minutes in a 375-degree oven or until bacon is crisp and chicken is cooked through, basting the chicken occasionally with the pan drippings. To make the bacon extra crispy, you can broil the chicken for another couple of minutes.

4 medium Chicken breasts
1/2 tsp Sea salt
1/4 tsp Black pepper
6 tbsp Ranch dressing ((divided into 1/4 cup and 2 tbsp))
8 oz Fresh mozzarella cheese ((sliced into 8 slices))
6 slices Cooked bacon ((chopped))

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (204 degrees C).
  • Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  • Place the chicken into a stoneware baking dish, so that the pieces are just barely touching, but not crowded. Spread 1 tablespoon ranch dressing over each chicken breast. Top each with 2 slices of fresh mozzarella.
  • Cover the baking dish with foil, so that the foil is not touching the cheese. Bake for 20 minutes.
  • Remove the foil. Sprinkle chopped bacon on top of the chicken. Bake, uncovered, for 10-15 more minutes, until chicken is cooked through.
  • Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving. Drizzle the remaining 2 tablespoons of ranch over the chicken.

3 cups coarsely shredded roasted deli chicken
1 cup monterey jack cheese (4 oz.)
8 slices cooked bacon, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
1/4 cup chopped green onion (4 medium)
1 cup ranch dressing
8 flour tortillas, 8 inch
4 cups shredded romaine lettuce

Steps:

  • In large bowl, gently mix all ingredients except tortillas and lettuce.
  • To make 1 wrap, in small microwavable bowl, microwave generous 1/3 cup chicken mixture, loosely covered, on High 30 to 45 seconds or until hot. Spread chicken mixture on tortilla and top with 1/2 cup shredded lettuce; roll up.

3 -4 average-sized boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 (1 ounce) package Hidden Valley Ranch dip
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon vinegar
6 -9 slices bacon (2-3 pieces per breast) or 6 -9 slices turkey bacon (2-3 pieces per breast)
1 ziploc bag (gallon size)
20 toothpicks, soaked in water

Steps:

  • In the ziplock bag,combine the Ranch packet, olive oil, and vinegar. Mix well.
  • In the bag add the uncooked chicken breast and massage the marinade until chicken is covered, put into the refrigerator and marinade for 1-3 hours.
  • Pre-heat your grill to high for 5-10 minutes prior to cooking.
  • Soak 10-20 toothpicks in a cup of warm water for about 5 minutes.
  • Remove the chicken from the bag and wrap each breast with 2-3 pieces of bacon using two toothpicks to attach to the chicken.
  • When the grill is hot, place the chicken on the grill and lower the heat to Medium-High.
  • Cook the chicken for 9 minutes per side turning only once.
  • When the chicken is fully cooked, plate and serve remembering to remove the toothpicks.
