BAKED CHEESY BACON RANCH CHICKEN RECIPE
This EASY baked ranch chicken recipe needs just 4 ingredients + 10 minutes prep! The whole family will love this cheesy bacon ranch chicken breast.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (204 degrees C).
- Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Place the chicken into a stoneware baking dish, so that the pieces are just barely touching, but not crowded. Spread 1 tablespoon ranch dressing over each chicken breast. Top each with 2 slices of fresh mozzarella.
- Cover the baking dish with foil, so that the foil is not touching the cheese. Bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove the foil. Sprinkle chopped bacon on top of the chicken. Bake, uncovered, for 10-15 more minutes, until chicken is cooked through.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving. Drizzle the remaining 2 tablespoons of ranch over the chicken.

- Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray. Cook and drain pasta shells as directed on box.
- In 4-quart saucepan, melt 1/4 cup butter over medium heat. With whisk, stir in flour until smooth. Cook and stir 1 to 2 minutes or until mixture is smooth and bubbly.
- In 4-cup glass measuring cup, mix broth and whipping cream. Gradually stir broth mixture into saucepan. Increase heat to medium-high; heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute; reduce heat to medium. Add cream cheese and cook until melted, beating occasionally. Remove from heat. Stir dressing mix into sauce mixture. Pour 1 cup of the sauce into bottom of baking dish, spreading to cover.
- In medium bowl, mix 1 cup of the sauce, the chicken, spinach, 1 cup of the shredded cheese and 1/4 cup of the green onions.
- Fill each pasta shell with a heaping tablespoonful chicken mixture; place in baking dish. Pour remaining sauce on top of shells. Cover; bake 35 to 40 minutes or until heated through. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup shredded cheese; bake uncovered about 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Meanwhile, in 8-inch skillet, heat 1 tablespoon butter over medium heat. Add bread crumbs; stir to coat. Cook and stir 2 to 4 minutes or until golden brown.
- Before serving, top shells with bacon, bread crumbs and remaining 1/4 cup green onions.

- Heat oven to 425°F. Line 13x9-inch pan with foil. Generously spray with cooking spray.
- In shallow dish, mix Bisquick mix, dressing mix (dry) and paprika. In another shallow dish, mix egg and water. Dip chicken into egg mixture, then coat with Bisquick mixture. Place chicken in pan.
- Bake 35 minutes. Turn; bake about 15 minutes longer or until juice of chicken is clear when thickest part is cut to bone (180°F). Serve with prepared ranch dressing.

BACON RANCH DRUMSTICKS
I do not remember where I found this recipe but it has been a favorite in my family for years. If you do not want to serve the Ranch Dressing as a dip just use the 1/4 cup of dressing called for in the directions before baking.

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Set aside.
- Reserve 2 tbsp of the bacon bits.
- On waxed paper combine the bread crumbs and remaining bacon bits. Brush drumsticks with 1/4 cup Ranch Dressing. Coat with crumb mixture.
- Place on baking sheet and bake 30 minutes. Place remaining dressing in small bowl and sprinkle with reserved bacon bits. Serve as a dip for drumsticks.
CHICKEN BACON RANCH PANINI

- Fry the chicken breasts in 1 tablespoon butter and the canola oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until done in the middle, about 8 minutes. Set aside.
- To assemble the sandwiches, spread a generous amount of mustard on half of the bread slices. Spread a generous amount of ranch dressing on the other half. (Definitely be generous; when the sandwiches cook, these will turn into more of a "sauce.")
- On the ranch-covered slices of bread, place a slice of cheese, a piece of chicken, 2 slices of bacon and a second slice of cheese. Top each with the mustard-covered slice of bread. Butter the outsides of the bread generously with the remaining 4 tablespoons butter, then grill in a panini maker. (If you do not have a panini maker, you can grill the sandwiches in a skillet, laying a heavy skillet on top of the sandwiches to press them together. Turn to grill the other side in the same way.)
- Slice the sandwiches in half and gobble them down immediately.
