1 tube (13.8 ounces) refrigerated pizza crust
2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
6 large eggs
2 tablespoons water
1 package (3 ounces) bacon bits
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400°. Unroll and press dough onto bottom and 1/2 in. up sides of a greased 15x10x1-in. pan. Prick thoroughly with a fork; brush with 1 tablespoon oil. Bake until lightly browned, 7-8 minutes., Meanwhile, whisk together eggs and water. In a nonstick skillet, heat remaining oil over medium heat. Add eggs; cook and stir just until thickened and no liquid egg remains. Spoon over crust. Sprinkle with bacon bits and cheeses., Bake until cheese is melted, 5-7 minutes.

10 slices bacon
10 links pork sausage links
12 egg, beaten
salt and ground black pepper to taste
2 (8 ounce) packages refrigerated crescent roll dough (such as Pillsbury®
½ cup salsa
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat until evenly browned, about 5 minutes per side. Transfer to a plate lined with paper towel to drain and cool.
  • Cook sausage links in the same skillet until no longer pink in the center, 7 to 10 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read 160 degrees F (70 degrees C). Transfer to plate with the bacon to cool and drain.
  • Drain most of the grease from the skillet and return to medium heat. Cook and stir eggs until scrambled and no longer wet, about 5 minutes; season with salt and pepper.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Roll crescent roll dough out to cover bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Bake dough until golden brown, about 10 minutes.
  • Spread salsa in a layer onto the baked dough; top with the scrambled eggs. Crumble the bacon and sprinkle over the eggs. Slice sausage links and scatter evenly among the bacon crumbles. Top the entire pizza with Cheddar cheese.
  • Bake in oven until cheese is melted and beginning to brown, about 10 minutes. Allow to cool 10 minutes before cutting to serve.

1 CAULIPOWER® Margherita Pizza
1 teaspoon olive oil
4 slices turkey bacon
¼ cup chopped onion
¼ cup chopped red bell pepper
1 cup chopped fresh spinach
1 clove garlic, minced
½ cup egg whites
¼ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Place pizza on a baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 13 to 15 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a frying pan. Saute bacon, onion, and bell pepper in the hot oil until tender, 8 to 10 minutes. Drain off any grease and return to the pan. Add chopped spinach and garlic; stir until spinach is wilted. Remove from the pan to a small bowl to let cool for a few minutes.
  • Remove pizza from oven. Leave oven on. Add egg whites to vegetable mixture; stir to combine.
  • Carefully top pizza with vegetable-egg mixture. Pour slowly so eggs don't run off the sides. Use a spoon to catch any drips and return to the top of the pizza.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. Top with Cheddar cheese and bake for 5 minutes more. Remove from the oven and top with fresh basil.

4 ounces pizza dough (1/4 of a 1-pound pizza dough ball)
2 strips crispy cooked bacon
1/3 cup marinara, pizza or arrabbiata sauce
2 tablespoons sambal oelek or harissa
2 tablespoons maple or sugar cane syrup
1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella, Monterey Jack, Cheddar, Swiss, etc.)
2 large eggs, at room temperature
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F or prepare the grill for indirect cooking at 450 degrees F. If using a pizza stone, position it on the center rack in the oven.
  • Flatten and form the pizza dough into a circle and place in an ovenproof nonstick pan. Bake or cook on the grill or put the dough directly on the grill grates over indirect heat. Cook until the dough becomes rigid and slightly golden, about 10 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  • Break up the bacon into small bite-size pieces into a small bowl. Mix in the marinara sauce, sambal and maple syrup.
  • Add the sauce to the partially baked pizza round, then add the cheese, making a bit of a well in the center. Crack and add the eggs to the well. Place back on the grill over the indirect heat or in the oven and cook until the eggs are set, about 10 minutes. Remove the pan from the grill or oven and season the yolks with fresh black pepper and a pinch of salt. Remove the pizza from the pan, slice into four pieces and serve warm.

1 envelope (1/4 ounce) quick-rise yeast
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1-1/3 to 1-2/3 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 tablespoon cornmeal
TOPPINGS:
1 tablespoon butter
4 large eggs
1/4 teaspoon salt
Dash pepper
3/4 cup salsa
1/3 pound Canadian bacon, chopped
4 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
1-1/4 cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine the yeast, sugar, salt and 3/4 cup flour; set aside. In a small saucepan, heat water and oil to 120°-130°; stir into dry ingredients. Stir in enough remaining flour to form a soft dough (dough will be sticky)., Turn onto a floured surface; knead until smooth and elastic, about 6-8 minutes. Place in a greased bowl, turning once to grease the top. Cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 10 minutes., Grease a 14-in. pizza pan; sprinkle with cornmeal. Roll out and transfer dough to prepared pan; build up edges slightly. Bake at 400° for 13-15 minutes or until edges are lightly browned., Meanwhile, in a small skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Whisk the eggs, salt and pepper; add to skillet. Cook and stir until just set., Spread salsa over pizza crust; layer with meats, egg mixture and cheese. Bake 5-6 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.

This may take a little extra work but it is well worth it! For a more kid-friendly version I half the peppers and onions and only add it to half the pizza! For a healthier version use reduced fat crescent rolls, cheese, milk and turkey bacon.

2 (8 ounce) cans crescent rolls, Big & Flaky
8 eggs
1 small onion
1 red pepper
1 lb bacon
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons flour
1 1/2 cups milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder

Steps:

  • Cook off the bacon, crumble and set aside.
  • Scramble up and cook the eggs and set aside.
  • Unroll crescent rolls onto a jelly roll pan or a cookie sheet with 1" sides and par-bake it for half the time the package calls for.
  • Dice and saute the onions and peppers until semi-soft and set aside.
  • Melt the butter on low and then blend in flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder.
  • Cook on low heat stirring until the mixture is smooth and bubbly. Remove from heat stir in milk and bring to a boil stirring constantly for 1 minute and let stand for a few minutes to thicken.
  • Then pour the white sauce mixture over the par-baked crescent roll, top with scrambled eggs, bacon, onions, peppers and both cheeses.
  • Bake in oven for the remaining crescent package time or until crust is cooked and cheese is melted. Cut into squares and serve!

1 lb of your favorite pizza dough
2 cups Simply Potatoes® Shredded Hash Browns
1 (7 ounce) jar bacon jam (I used Skillet Bacon Spread)
3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, separated in half
4 eggs

Steps:

  • Place a pizza stone in the oven and preheat oven to 500°.
  • Take potatoes out of bag and place in a colander. Rinse and drain well. Place potatoes in a clean dish towel and wring dry.
  • Roll out pizza dough to a 10 - 12" round.
  • Spread rolled out dough with 2/3 of the bacon jam.
  • Top jam layer with one and a half cups of cheese.
  • Top cheese with hash browns.
  • Spread remaining cheese over hash browns.
  • Make 4 small depressions in each quadrant of the pizza.
  • Place 1 egg in each of the depressions.
  • Dollop remaining bacon jam around top of pizza.
  • Bake for 12 minutes, until egg white is cooked and yolk is runny.
  • Note: Everyone's oven bakes differently. My oven is temperamental and takes longer to bake the eggs. Keep an eye on your eggs while they bake and adjust cooking time accordingly.

6 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon
1 tsp. cornmeal
12 oz. refrigerated pizza dough
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
4 large eggs
salt and pepper to taste
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 500°F with a pizza stone inside. (If your oven only goes to 450°F, add an extra minute to the baking time.) Always use caution when using your oven at high temperatures.
  • Cook the bacon according to the package directions. Drain and cool, then chop coarsely.
  • Sprinkle the cornmeal over a sheet of parchment paper on pizza peel. Pat the pizza dough into a 12-inch circle on the prepared parchment sheet, then use your fingers to make an indented border around the edge. Brush the pizza dough generously with the olive oil.
  • Sprinkle the cheese and bacon onto pizza dough, leaving 4 separate uncovered spaces for the eggs. Slip a cracked egg into each open space; Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Carefully transfer the pizza to the pizza stone. Bake 9 to 10 min. or until the egg whites are set and the crust is golden brown.
  • Remove the pizza from the oven; sprinkle with fresh parsley. Serve hot.
