IMPOSSIBLY EASY LASAGNA PIE
Get all the flavor of lasagna with three rich cheeses, seasoned beef and tomato sauce baked in an impossibly easy pie.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 400°F. Grease 9-inch pie plate. Spread ricotta cheese in pie plate; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cook ground beef until brown; drain. Stir in 1/2 cup of the mozzarella cheese, 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce and the salt; spoon evenly over cheeses.
- Stir Bisquick mix, milk and eggs until blended. Pour into pie plate.
- Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 1 to 2 minutes longer or until melted. Cool 5 minutes. Serve with additional spaghetti sauce.

ITALIAN LASAGNA PIE

- Heat oven to 350°F. In 10-inch skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until beef is brown; drain. Stir in tomatoes and Sauce Mix (from Hamburger Helper box). Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Meanwhile, cook Pasta (from Hamburger Helper box) in boiling water 10 minutes; drain.
- In medium bowl, beat 1 of the eggs and the butter. Stir in cooked pasta and mozzarella cheese. In ungreased 9-inch quiche dish or pie plate, spoon and press mixture evenly in bottom and up side of dish.
- In small bowl, mix cottage cheese and remaining egg; spread over pasta mixture in dish. Sprinkle with broccoli. Spoon beef mixture evenly over top. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake uncovered about 30 minutes or until hot in center. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.

IMPOSSIBLE LASAGNA PIE
My mom used to make this often for our supper when my dad had to work; and it was only mom and us 3 girls. So good! This is Betty's photo- we never had a salad with it just this and garlic toast made from hot dog buns. This is the recipe mom used.

- 1. Heat oven to 400^. Spray a 10-inch pie pan or shallow casserole dish with non-stick vegetable oil.
- 2. In a large skillet with a small amount of bacon drippings,cook and scramble the ground beef, until no longer pink.; remove from heat and add the onion,Italian seasoning, tomato paste, and 1/2 cup of the mozzarella cheese.
- 3. In the prepared baking dish mix together and layer the cottage cheese and Parmesan cheese. Spoon the meat mixture evenly over the cheese mixture.
- 4. In a bowl beat milk, Bisquick, eggs, salt and pepper until smooth with a whisk. Pour mixture over the meat mixture. Bake until golden brown,until knife inserted in center comes out clean about 35 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and let stand for 5 minutes before serving. Serve with warm pasta sauce if desired and garlic toast.

- Preheat oven to 400F (205C).
- Grease 10" pie plate.
- Layer cottage cheese and Parmesan cheese in plate.
- Mix beef, herbs, tomato paste and Mozarella cheese.
- Spoon beef mixture on top.
- Beat milk, eggs, salt and pepper in blender on HIGH until smooth (about 1 minute).
- Pour into plate.
- Bake at 400F (205C) for 30 to 35 minutes or unril knife inserted in center comes out clean.
- Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese.

- Brown ground beef in sauce pan -- drain off excess grease.
- Stir in 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese, 1/2 cup spagetti sauce and salt into ground beef.
- Spoon meat mixture over cheese layer.
- In bowl, mix Bisquick, milk and eggs until well blended.
- Pour Bisquick mixture over meat and cheese layers.
- Bake 30 - 35 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
- Sprinkle remaiing mozzarella over pie and bake addtional 2 - 3 minutes to melt cheese.
- Remove from oven and let set for 5 minutes.
- Cut into pie pieces and serve with additional sauce if desired.
