1/2 cup plain yogurt
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
1 teaspoon plus 2 tablespoons lemon juice, divided
3 medium ripe avocados, peeled and cubed
1 medium apple, chopped
1 cup halved seedless grapes
1 can (11 ounces) mandarin oranges, drained
1 medium firm banana, cut into 1/4-inch slices

Steps:

  • For dressing, mix yogurt, honey, lemon zest and 1 teaspoon lemon juice. Toss avocados with remaining lemon juice., In a large bowl, combine remaining ingredients; gently stir in avocados. Serve with dressing.

4 cups spinach leaves, torn into bite size pieces
2 avocados, sliced
1 sweet onion, sliced and separated into rings (Walla Walla's are good)
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup chopped cilantro

Steps:

  • In a bowl, whisk lemon juice, olive oil and cilantro together.
  • Separate onions into rings and sauté in a skillet.
  • At the last moment, add spinach and stir for about 10 seconds.
  • Return to bowl and add dressing.
  • Garnish with avocado slices and serve.

1 tablespoon oil
1 teaspoon ground cumin
2 tablespoons chopped red onions
1/3 cup rice wine vinegar
1 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 lb fresh spinach, stemmed, washed and dried
2 star fruit, thinly sliced
1 avocado, peeled and sliced

Steps:

  • In small, heavy skillet heat oil over medium heat, stir in cumin and cook for 30 seconds.
  • Add onions and cook, stirring, until soft, about 2 minutes.
  • Add vinegar, brown sugar, soy sauce and red pepper flakes, stirring to mix well. In large bowl toss spinach with 3 tablespoons of warm dressing.

1/4 cup packed brown sugar, divided
6 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon
1 red onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing, divided
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
2 pkg. (6 oz. each) baby spinach leaves
2 star fruit, sliced, seeded
1 cup chopped papayas

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 400ºF.
  • Place wire cooling rack in shallow foil-lined pan; spray with cooking spray. Place 2 Tbsp. brown sugar in pie plate. Add bacon, 1 slice at a time; turn to evenly coat both sides of slice. Place on wire rack. Bake 18 min. or until crisp and golden brown.
  • Meanwhile, cook onions in 2 Tbsp. dressing in medium skillet on medium heat 8 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring occasionally. Add crushed pepper; cook and stir 1 min. Stir in remaining brown sugar and dressing.
