AUNT MARJORIE'S FIESTA SQUASH CASSEROLE

Aunt Marjorie's Fiesta Squash Casserole image

This takes a bit of preparation time, but is well worth it. It's almost a meal in itself - all that cheese! It's another of the old Alston Family recipes I'm including in our family cookbook.

Aunt Squishy's Gooey Chicken image

It's creamy, it's cheesy, it's gooey, and it's packed with flavor. You really can't go wrong! Pro Tip: Be sure to check the internal temperature with a meat thermometer to ensure it reaches a minimum of 165 F before serving.
