- In a skillet, saute sausage. Once browned, remove to a paper towel lined plate and set aside.
- To the pan, add the potatoes with contents of sauce mix, water, milk, and butter.
- Cover and cook over medium heat for 18-20 minutes until the potatoes are almost tender; stirring frequently.
- Add vegetables; cover and cook for 8-10 minutes or until potatoes and vegetables are tender.
- Stir in browned smoked sausage pieces and stir to combine.
