- Bake chicken tenders according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, toss coleslaw mix with chili sauce, green onions, cilantro and soy sauce., Arrange chicken down center of each tortilla; top with coleslaw mixture and peanuts. Fold sides of tortillas over filling and roll up. Cut each diagonally in half.

East meets west in this tasty combo that wraps Chicken Helper® chicken fried rice and rotisserie chicken into south-of-the-border tortillas for a family-pleasing dinner!

Steps:
- In 12-inch skillet, place hot water, seasoning mix and uncooked rice (from Chicken Helper box). Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat. Cover; simmer about 20 minutes, stirring once, until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed. If not absorbed, increase heat to medium, and cook uncovered 2 minutes longer.
- Increase heat to medium. Stir in coleslaw blend, chicken and bell pepper. Push rice mixture to side of skillet. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in other side of skillet. Scramble eggs in oil until cooked; remove from heat. Stir eggs into rice mixture.
- Heat tortillas as directed on package. Spoon about 3/4 cup rice mixture down center of each tortilla; sprinkle with green onions. Roll up.

You will love these!... The delicious filling is wrapped in a large piece of crispy lettuce. I have even made these with leftover cooked rice added into the meat filling.

Steps:
- In a skillet cook the ground chicken or turkey in 1 teaspoon oil with the chili flakes (if using) garlic, ginger and mushrooms until the meat is no longer pink (about 5 minutes).
- Add in the water chestnuts, teryaki sauce, peanut butter, sesame oil, rice vinegar and hoisin sauce; cook for about 3-4 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Add in the chopped green onions; cook for about 1 minute.
- Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
- Spoon the mixture between large lettuce leaves; roll up tighly.
- Serve with hoisin sauce on the side.

To make Asian Crispy Chicken Wraps, you will need the following ingredients:- Chicken breasts or thighs - boneless, skinless, sliced into thin strips
- Cornflour
- Salt and pepper
- Vegetable oil
- Tortillas
- Shredded carrots
- Shredded lettuce
- Sesame seeds
The recipe:
- In a bowl, mix the cornflour, salt, and pepper. Coat each chicken strip in the mixture.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, add the chicken strips and fry until crispy and golden brown (around 3-4 minutes each side). Drain the cooked chicken on paper towels to remove excess oil.
- Now, it's time to assemble the wraps. Take a tortilla and place a few pieces of crispy chicken in the center of it.
- Add some shredded carrot and lettuce on top of the chicken. Sprinkle some sesame seeds.
- Wrap the tortilla by folding in the sides and then rolling it away from you, tucking in firmly as you go.
- Repeat with remaining tortillas.
