Steps:

  • Beat together the margarine, eggs, applesauce and apple juice. add flour, baking powder and baking soda. add cinnamon and raisins. add chopped apple if desired.
  • pour in 8 inch pan that has been oiled and floured. bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
