EASY CINNAMON APPLE RAISIN BREAD

Easy Cinnamon Apple Raisin Bread image

This is an easy and delicious bread to prepare. Even better you only need one mixing bowl because you can throw all of the ingredients right in! Feel free to tweak the ingredients to your liking...add more cinnamon...add nuts, etc. I hope you enjoy it! Edited: I have also tried out the bread by using 1/2 whole wheat pastry flour and 1/2 regular flour, a tbl of wheat germ and less sugar to make it a tiny bit "healthier". It came out just as nice as the original.

NO KNEAD APPLE RAISIN BREAD

No Knead Apple Raisin Bread image

The secret to this dish is all in the preparation. It looks absolutely beautiful when you are finished and does NOT need a bread machine for those of us who don't own them. More raisins is always optional. I include the rising time in the cooking time since you are doing nothing. Also if you use self rising flour then omit the salt.

APPLE RAISIN BREAD

Apple Raisin Bread image

I really enjoy making bread in the colder months. This loaf is one that I have played with a lot and it works no matter what I do to it. I have added nuts, vanilla, cinnamon/ginger, changed the apples to dried cherries( non sugared). I have used applebutter in place of applesauce and trimmed down the honey. Well, you get the idea. 8" cake pans are the perfect thing for baking this bread. It will make 3 loaves.

Grease the Pan
Greasing the pan can help ensure that your apple nut raisin loaf does not stick to the bottom or sides. You can use butter, vegetable oil, or cooking spray to grease the pan.
Prepare the Apples
Preparing the apples can be time-consuming, but it is essential for ensuring that your loaf has the right texture and flavor. You can chop the apples into small cubes or shred them using a food processor or a grater.
Measure Ingredients Carefully

Use a Thermometer
Using a thermometer can help ensure that your apple nut raisin loaf is cooked evenly and thoroughly. Insert a thermometer into the center of the loaf, and if it reads 190°F, it is ready.
Avoid Overmixing
Overmixing the ingredients can make the loaf tough and less enjoyable. Mix the ingredients until they are just combined.
Check the Loaf Regularly
Regularly checking your apple nut raisin loaf can help prevent overcooking or undercooking. Check the loaf periodically after the first 30 minutes and make sure it is not getting too brown on the top.
