CARAMEL APPLE CINNAMON ROLL BREAKFAST BREAD PUDDING
Don't you think we all deserve a slow Monday with extra coffee and sugar in caramel apple cinnamon roll breakfast bread pudding form?

Steps:
- Heat oven to 375°F. Line 9-inch square or round pan with foil; spray bottom and sides with cooking spray.
- Open cinnamon rolls per instructions on cans. Cut each roll into 9 pieces. Arrange half of cut rolls in single layer in bottom of prepared pan. In medium bowl, whisk eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon and salt.
- In medium skillet over medium-low heat, melt butter. Add apples and brown sugar and stir to coat. Cook on low heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring often, until apples are softened and mixture is caramelized.
- Pour and scatter half of apple mixture over cut rolls in pan. Top with remaining cut rolls and apple mixture. Pour milk mixture evenly over top. Drizzle 1 packet icing from cinnamon rolls over top.
- Bake 40 to 50 minutes until center of mixture is fully baked and set (cover lightly with foil if top begins to get too brown before finished baking). Cool 10 minutes. Spread or drizzle remaining icing packet over top, then drizzle caramel sauce over top. Serve warm or at room temperature.

Use your bread machine's timer for this one - it's wonderful to wake up to the aroma of cinnamon, apples and hot bread !

Steps:
- *Use the lesser amount in the summer, the greater amount in the winter, and something in between in the spring and fall.
- Place all of the ingredients into the pan of your bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer.
- Program for basic white bread, and press Start. Check the dough's consistency about 7 min.
- after the kneading cycle begins, adding additional water of flour to form a smooth, soft ball of dough.
- Allow the machine to complete its cycle. Remove the b read when it's done, and let it cool completely before slicing.
- Note: This bread makes great toast!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- In a large bowl stir together flour, sugar, oatmeal, cinnamon, baking powder, lemon zest and salt. In a separate container, beat together eggs, milk and melted butter.
- Make a well in the center of the dry ingredient; pour in the egg mixture and stir just until evenly combined.
- Fold in grated apple and walnuts.
- Pour batter into a greased 9x5 inch loaf pan. Bake 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow bread to cool on a baking rack for at least 20 minutes before removing from pan.

Preparation
The following steps can be followed to prepare Apple Cinnamon Breakfast Bread:- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease and flour a 9” x 5” loaf pan.
- In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients – flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- In another large mixing bowl, beat the eggs and sugar together until light and fluffy. Add in the softened butter and vanilla extract, beat until well combined.
- Add in the dry ingredients, a little at a time, mixing well after each addition. Finally, fold in the chopped apples.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center of the bread comes out clean.
- Cool the bread in the pan for 10 minutes, then remove it from the pan and cool completely on a wire rack before slicing.
- Serve the bread either as is or toasted, with a cup of coffee or tea.
