Work with the lobster meat correctly
If this is your first time cooking lobster, it is vital to know how to work with it correctly. After you have cooked the lobster, it is important to remove the meat from the shell carefully. You can use a lobster cracker or kitchen shears to help you do this. Take your time and be careful not to break the lobster meat into small pieces.
Take care with the roux

Be patient with the simmering process
Simmering the bisque is an essential part of the cooking process. This will allow the flavors to meld together, and the bisque will become richer and creamier. Be patient and simmer your bisque on low heat for at least 30 minutes, stirring frequently.
Serve properly
The presentation of your lobster bisque is important. Serve it in a white soup bowl with a piece of lobster meat in the center. You can also sprinkle some fresh herbs on top to add a little bit of color.
