Steps:

  • In a large bowl, cream butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in egg. Beat in water and molasses. 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese

1 -2 teaspoon milk

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Place paper baking cup in each of 18 regular size muffin cups.

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). Line 12-count muffin pan with cupcake liners. Set aside.
  • In a large bowl using a handheld or stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment, beat the butter and brown sugar together on medium speed until creamy.
