What is an air fryer?
Air fryers are kitchen appliances that use hot circulating air instead of oil to cook food. They use a heating element to heat the air inside the appliance, then circulate the hot air around the food. This provides an even cooking temperature and a crispy finish, just like fried foods, but with significantly less fat and calories. Air fryers can also be used to reheat leftovers, roast vegetables, and cook a wide range of foods, including meat, fish, and eggs. What is a frittata?
Frittatas are an Italian dish that's similar to an omelet or a quiche. The main difference between a frittata and an omelet is that the filling for a frittata is mixed into the eggs rather than added as a topping. Frittatas are typically cooked in the oven, stovetop or broiler, but air fryer frittatas are gaining popularity. Air fryer frittatas are mostly used because they require less time and effort to cook, and they produce less mess.Ingredients required for air fryer spinach feta frittata recipe
