Here are some valuable tips to keep in mind when making air fryer beefy Swiss bundles.

Tips for Making the Perfect Beefy Swiss Bundles

Use High-Quality Ground Beef
When making beefy Swiss bundles, it is important to use high-quality ground beef. Lean beef is best for this recipe, as it will produce a moist and tender bundle without being too greasy. You can choose between 80/20, 85/15, and 90/10 ground beef, depending on your preference. Make sure that the beef you choose is fresh, and not close to its expiry date.
Season Your Ground Beef
Seasoning your ground beef is important to give your beefy Swiss bundles a delicious flavor. You can use any seasoning of your choice, but a simple combination of salt, pepper, garlic, and onion powder will work well. You can also add some fresh herbs, such as thyme or rosemary, to give your beefy Swiss bundles a fresh and aromatic flavor.
Use Fresh Swiss Cheese
Using fresh Swiss cheese will make a big difference in the taste and texture of your beefy Swiss bundles. Make sure that you are using non-processed Swiss cheese, as processed cheese can become very greasy when heated. You can choose between shredded or sliced Swiss cheese, depending on your preference.
Preheat Your Air Fryer
Preheating your air fryer is important to ensure that your beefy Swiss bundles cook evenly and quickly. Preheating the air fryer will also prevent the beef from sticking to the air fryer basket. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F for about 5 minutes before adding your beefy Swiss bundles.
Shape Your Beef into Patties
To make your beefy Swiss bundles, you will need to shape your ground beef into patties. It is important to make sure that the patties are the same size, so that they cook evenly. You can use a kitchen scale to ensure that each patty is the same size. A good size for each patty is about 3 inches in diameter.
Make a Well in the Center of Each Patty
Making a well in the center of each patty will help to keep the Swiss cheese inside the beefy Swiss bundles. Use your thumb to create a small well in the center of each patty, but be careful not to make the well too deep, as this will cause the cheese to ooze out of the beefy Swiss bundles when cooked.
Fill the Well with Swiss Cheese
After making a well in the center of each patty, fill it with Swiss cheese. You can use about 1 tablespoon of shredded Swiss cheese or a small slice of Swiss cheese for each patty. Make sure that the cheese is placed in the center of the patty, and not too close to the edges.
Seal the Patties
To seal the patties, use your fingers to press the sides of the patty together, sealing the cheese inside. You can also use a toothpick to secure the edges of the patty, but be sure to remove the toothpick before serving.
Place the Patties in the Air Fryer
Place the beefy Swiss bundles in the preheated air fryer basket, making sure that they are not touching each other. You can cook up to 4 patties at a time, depending on the size of your air fryer basket.
Cook the Beefy Swiss Bundles
Cook the beefy Swiss bundles in the air fryer at 375°F for 10-12 minutes, or until they are golden brown on the outside and the cheese is melted on the inside. You can check the beefy Swiss bundles halfway through cooking and flip them over, to ensure that they cook evenly.
Serve and Enjoy
Once your beefy Swiss bundles are cooked, remove them from the air fryer and let them cool for a few minutes. Serve them on a plate with a side salad or roasted vegetables, and enjoy your delicious and healthy meal.

Conclusion

Air fryer beefy Swiss bundles are a simple and delicious meal that can be enjoyed by anyone. With these valuable tips, you can ensure that your beefy Swiss bundles turn out perfectly every time.
