A.1 MEATLOAF
My family really doesn't like meatloaf much, but this recipe is one they like! The A.1 sauce gives it a little zing and it has a good texture.

Steps:
- Chop onion, sweet pepper, and carrot. I leave them fairly large but you can finely dice if you choose.
- Cut bacon into cubes, about the same size as your cut vegetables.
- In large bowl,.
- Add meat, bacon, vegetables, egg, spices, and 1/2 cup A1 sauce. Mix these ingredients together then add breadcrumbs until meatloaf will hold together when shaped.
- Spray large loaf pan (can use 9x13 if you don't have a loaf pan). Form meatloaf and cover. Cook covered 45 minutes at 350*.
- Take cover off meatloaf, drain excess juice (lots of juice will be made from bacon and vegetables). Cook uncovered an additional 30 minutes.
- Brush remaining A.1. on meatloaf and finish cooking last 15 minutes. Allow to sit for 10 minutes after removing from the oven before cooking so juices can set.
- Cut and serve.

A1 MEATLOAF
I just love A1 sauce and wanted a meatloaf with a good kick. The cheez-its add a nice cheesy taste without using cheese.

AMY'S A1 MEATLOAF
My friends and family request this often...even those who don't like meatloaf! Sometimes I put minced carrot or rutabaga in for extra texture if I have some in the fridge. I serve it with mashed potatoes with the skins left on and corn. Comfort food at it's comfiest! Use 1 lb. ground turkey to make it a lighter dish, your family won't even know! I also use my stand up mixer to save on time and mess in the kitchen.

MUSTARD HP (OR A-1) SAUCE MEATLOAF
A tangy twist on everyday meatloaf. A perfect comfort food and not to bad in carbs. With the exception of the breadcrumbs, this could be low carb - only 10g per serving. If you want "legal" low carb, substitute Parmesan or Romano cheese for the breadcrumbs.
