Steps:
- Empty lemon supreme cake mix and instant pineapple pudding into a large mixing bowl.
- Add oil and eggs.
- Beat about 2 minutes.
- Add 7-Up and mix until well blended.
- Pour into a greased and floured cake sheet pan.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Bake 35 to minutes or until done.
- While still hot spread with Icing.
- ICING:.
- Cook margarine, sugar, pineapple, flour and eggs until thick.
- Add coconut and blend well.
- Spread over cake while both are still warm.

- 1. CAKE: Combine first 4 ingredients; beat until light and fluffy. Add 7-Up and beat well. Pour into a lightly greased 9x13x2 inch cake pan (or 2 9 inch cake pans). Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven 40 -45 minutes or until done when tested with tooth pick.
- 2. Remove from oven and frost with Pineapple Icing preferably while still warm.
- 3. PINEAPPLE ICING: Blend sugar and flour; combine with beaten eggs, butter, and pineapple in sauce pan, over medium high heat. May have to lower temperature when hot. Cook until THICK, remove from burner. Add coconut, stirring until blended, pour or spread over warm cake. Sprinkle with Walnuts.

- 1. Mix all ingredients and bake at 325 in 2 9 inch round pans for 25 minutes or center springs back.
- 2. Mix all ingredients for icing and cook over low fire untill thicken. Slightly cool and then stack layers only putting icing between layers and on the top. No icing on the sides.
- 3. Absolutely delicious!

- Grease a 9 x 13 pan, and preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Combine cake mix, pudding mix, slightly beaten eggs, and vegetable oil in a mixing bowl. Beat on medium speed until batter is light and fluffy. Add 7-UP ™ , and beat in well. Pour batter into prepared pan.
- Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or till done. While cake is baking, prepare the topping; it will take about 15 minutes to prepare.
- In a medium non-aluminum saucepan, combine sugar and flour. Stir in 2 eggs, butter or margarine, and pineapple. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened. Remove from heat, and stir in coconut. Spread topping over warm cake.

- Grease and flour a 10 inch tube pan. Sift together the flour, and baking powder. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, cream together the shortening, 1 cup butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well with each addition, then stir in the vanilla. Add the flour mixture alternately with milk; beat well. Stir in the 3/4 cup crushed pineapple.
- Pour into 10 inch tube pan. Place in cold oven. Turn oven to 325 degrees F (175 degrees C) and bake for 90 minutes or until top springs back when touched. Remove from oven and let stand for 10 minutes. Remove carefully from pan.
- To make the glaze: In a small saucepan, combine 1/4 cup butter, confectioners sugar and 1 cup crushed pineapple. heat and stir until melted. Pour over cake as soon as it comes out of the pan.

This is my favorite recipe. My grandmother and mother used to make this when I was a child. It is absolutely wonderful! You can substitute 7Up® for milk in the glaze.

- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Generously grease a fluted tube pan (such as Bundt®).
- Beat white sugar and butter together in a bowl using an electric mixer until creamy and smooth; add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir flour, 1 cup at a time, blending well after each addition until batter is smooth; stir in lemon extract. Mix lemon-lime beverage into batter and pour into the prepared pan.
