Steps:
- Combine peanut butter & honey in saucepan over medium low heat and melt to combine.
- Stir in oats (and other optional ingredients like chocolate chips, dried berries or nuts).
- Press into a pan that is lined with foil and sprayed.
- Refrigerate 6 hours or overnight. Cut block of granola into bars and store in airtight container in fridge for 1 week.

These healthy granola bars need just 3 main ingredients to make and are kid friendly and perfect for adults! Oats, almond butter, and maple syrup are combined to make this healthy snack!

- Line an 8 x 8-inch pan with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, add your maple syrup and almond butter. Whisk together, until combined. Add your oats and stir through, until a thick batter remains. Fold through your mix-ins of choice.
- Transfer your granola bar batter into the lined pan and press down firmly into it. Refrigerate for at least an hour, to firm up. Slice into bars.
