Steps:
- 1. Combine the steak and the marinade ingredients in a plastic ziptop bag. Marinade for at least 2 hours. 2. Remove the steak from the bag and pour the marinade into a small saucepan. Add the sherry to it. Boil gently. 3. Broil or grill the steak. 4. Serve the steak with the sauce in a bowl on the side.
